To think that they had a quasi-popular tv show, back in the day, when she was eating.

Isn't this what they torture people with at Gitmo? A few bars of that little ditty and I'd be begging for a good waterboarding.

Muskrat, Muskrat, candle light
Doin' the town and doin' it right in the evenin'
It's pretty pleasin'
Muskrat Suzie, Muskrat Sam
Do the jitterbug at a Muskrat Land
And they shimmy, Sam is so skinny

And they whirl and they twirl and they tango
Singin' and jinglin' a jangle
Float like the heavens above
Looks like Muskrat Love

Nibblin' on bacon
Chewin' on cheese
Sam says to Suzie
Honey, would you please be my Mrs
Suzie says, yes, with her kisses
Now, he's ticklin' her fancy
Rubbin' her toes
Muzzle to muzzle
Now anything goes as they wriggle
Sue starts to giggle

And they whirled and they twirled and they tango
Singin' and jinglin' a jangle
Floatin' like the heavens above
Looks like muskrat love

:P

"I'll have to admit, I can't stand "Muskrat Love.""

I've seen ferret 'lovemaking,' having owned them for almost three decades and take it from me; the song puts romance and relationship between these little furry carnivores in an inaccurate light anyway. ;-)

Bad song? This is mildly bad compared to some amthems of the bad music world of the 1970s.

Here's 'Dead Skunk in the Middle of the Road.'

Starlight Vocal Band---Afternoon Delight

Gonna find my baby, gonna hold her tight
Gonna grab some afternoon delight
My motto's always been 'when it's right, it's right'
Why wait until the middle of a cold dark night?
When everything's a little clearer in the light of day
And we know the night is always gonna be there any way

Thinkin' of you's workin' up my appetite
Looking forward to a little afternoon delight
Rubbin' sticks and stones together makes the sparks ingite
And the thought of lovin' you is getting so exciting
Sky rockets in flight
Afternoon delight
Afternoon delight
Afternoon delight

Started out this morning feeling so polite
I always though a fish could not be caught who wouldn't bite
But you've got some bait a waitin' and I think I might try nibbling
A little afternoon delight
Sky rockets in flight
Afternoon delight
Afternoon delight
Afternoon delight

Please be waiting for me, baby, when I come around
We could make a lot of lovin' 'for the sun goes down

Thinkin' of you's workin' up my appetite
Looking forward to a little afternoon delight
Rubbin' sticks and stones together makes the sparks ingite
And the thought of lovin' you is getting so exciting
Sky rockets in flight
Afternoon delight
Afternoon delight
Afternoon delight

Afternoon delight!

:P

I like it. It is a silly catchey song. I think I was in New Orleans when The Captain and wasser her name was the star of Mardi Grais. Might have been 1983.

They do a great entertainment job. My hat is off to them.

Yertle,

Today I answered a call from the District Attorneys Office concerning an ongoing case, of which I am in the future entangled, spent one hour reviewing our auto insurance coverage, made a call to the class action suit for the substandered roofing material put on my house threes years ago, got to my biz and found $900 worth of NSF checks to deal with, called the accounts of the biz and recoreded the card numbers to recover the NSF changes thay said thay would pay , contacted v voice mail the other NSF issuer v voice mail, and reviewed the ongoing lawsuit concerning a moving compnaies stop pay of an internal employee dispute.

Then delt with the $339 NSF instrument from a carpet layer's friend of ours whose son hung himself a few months ago frigggggged up on meth.

So my point is a Silly Happy Song like the one here is appreciated, so I can for a minute look at toothy and the captain and have a moment forgetfulness before the next day starts.
