As much as I find BAC annoying, he backs up most of his points of view with (goobermint) documentation. I rarely read his lengthy posts but I don't think he deserves banning. A timeout might be the appropriate measure of discipline.

He brought his fate upon himself, as he was demanding that Goldi "do something" about "KOOKS" like Uncle Bill, myself, and others, who were "destroying the credibility of her forum". He finally hit the wrong button one too many times, and he got what he was asking for.
