As much as I find BAC annoying, he backs up most of his points of view with (goobermint) documentation. I rarely read his lengthy posts but I don't think he deserves banning. A timeout might be the appropriate measure of discipline.

Poor Ooser got himself banned. Tsk tsk. He brought his fate upon himself, as he was demanding that Goldi "do something" about "KOOKS" like Uncle Bill, myself, and others, who were "destroying the credibility of her forum". He finally hit the wrong button one too many times, and he got what he was asking for.
Like I said, I rarely read his posts so I'll take your word for it.
Goldie is only a two issue person -she afraid the border crossing darkies will rape her (which is also her hottest fantasy no doubt) and support for the Neocon middle east agenda.

Oh lucky us! You want to censor those folks who challenge the official fairie tale. Answer two questions, will you? Do you believe the govt told us the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth about 9/11? Does BushCo tell the truth for its own sake or, only if the truth serves their purposes better than lies? If you tell me that the govt was completely forthcoming with the facts, and that BushCo cannot tell a lie, then that will reveal more than enough about you and I'll have no reason to ask anything else.

I am not sure my opinion counts for much,since I was banned from LP,but here it is. Any genuine search for the truth benefits from honest debate from people of different view points. However,as BAC saw the tide of public opinion being turned by the obvious U.S. government cover-up of important events concerning 9/11 like Able Danger, he abandoned any pretense of objectivity or honesty and assumed the position that his ends justified the means. Near the end of my participation there it appeared the fact that poll after poll indicated the American people were rejecting the Bush Administration lies concerning 9/11 was taking a serious emotional toll on him. I have great respect for all people and their opinions who are genuinely interested in the truth. There was no room for truth concerning the Bush Administration and 9/11 in BAC's agenda.
I will add one other comment. Fortunately for BeAChooser and his ilk, I don't decide where individuals that sell their souls to defend participants in a conspiracy to commit mass murder spend eternity.

The Secretary of State (????) may be given authority to develop a guest worker plan, and quotas will be based on percentages of WORLD WIDE levels. What the heck is that ??? That is bizarre and confirmation of his deteriorating mental state. I have never posted on LP under any name other than honway and never will. I have a great deal of information archived on LP concerning the WTC 1993 bombing, the OKC bombing and 9/11 and would not risk that being pulled by trying to bypass a banning by the webmaster.
I hope BAC doesn't try to make this his new home.

That's probably one of the reasons why he made the accusation, to see if he could trick Goldi into doing something extreme. Although it's never good to see someone get banned, I think in his case, it was for the best. He was determined to intimidate and badger anyone not falling into line with his "official view", and if someone was a bit more than he could personally handle, he'd cry to Goldi with all sorts of wild stories and accusations. Unfortunately for him, he pulled his crap at the wrong time, on the wrong thread, trying to silence a few people who had just recently opened their eyes concerning 9/11, who were talking about the amnesty provision in the minimum wage bill. He got his ass whooped by the posters for one, and Goldi had already told him several times to cut the crap, she wasn't interested. But he persisted... Oh well, as already mentioned, he'll probably ooze his way back, if he's not already there as someone else. He'll just have to watch the words KOOK and ROTFLOL!...

He, they, whatever - BAC has been quite successful in deflecting everyone's attention on this forum at least from the issue that might be more worthy of discussion ie. the amnesty bill hidden in the minimum wage pending legislation and the ramifications. Doesn't anyone at 4um care about that issue and what if anything can be done to stop it from becoming law? Maybe it's because I don't share a common history with you guys and BAC - but honestly if he's as much of a gov't shill as you describe him to be - why waste your energy on the guy? I don't get it. Goldi seems to have been right to bounce him and she seems right to focus everyone's energies at LP discussing the amnesty leg. Perhaps that's something we should do here too, do you think???
What do you suggest? It certainly would need its own thread. There's numbers to call as far as senators, congressmen, as well as the news media. Do we have the people here to take that sort of initiative?

a. I'd suggest we link to the LP thread as it's own article - LP has done the foot work so why re-work the wheel. I can do that. b. And I'd also suggest that like LP'ers, we email a dozen of the talk jocks even if it means we have to contact folks we normally don't like to listen to regarding war - the talking heads on radio are more likely to run with this story than the TV guys who by and large want shamnesty to take place. Looks like those folks got all riled up over nothing. There's nothing concerning amnesty in any of the amendments, or in the bill itself. I couldn't figure out what they were so worked up about, as I didn't see anything definitive last night. As I looked into it a bit further, there's nothing in regards to amnesty in any part of the bill or the amendments.

I located the following info by looking up Secure America and Orderly Immigration Act with Google, then correlating the appropriate section with Senate Amendment 187, HR.2, that I found on Thomas. In the PROPOSED McCain Kennedy Secure America and Orderly Immigration Act, the text reads as follows; From Summary of the Secure America and Orderly Immigration Act TITLE VII – H-5B Non-Immigrants From TEXT OF AMENDMENTS -- (Senate - January 24, 2007) ``Sec..250A..H- 5B nonimmigrants.''. SEC. 1702. ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS FOR H- 5B NONIMMIGRANTS. (a) In General.--Chapter 5 of title II of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1255 et seq.) is amended by inserting after section 245A the following: ``ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS OF FORMER H-5B NONIMMIGRANT TO THAT OF PERSON ADMITTED FOR LAWFUL PERMANENT RESIDENCE ``Sec. 245B. As it stands now, the Kennedy McCain Amnesty Bill, otherwise known as the Secure America and Orderly Immigration Act, has been inserted as an amendment into the Minimum Wage bill, and has been passed by the senate I believe. A amnesty bill is just the first step of implementing the NAU, but a critical step to the plan. Without it, things will be a bit more difficult for the NWO to advance their agenda. These slimeballs are getting away with this because the main stream press is NOT reporting on any of it. Once exposed to the light of day, the cockroaches will scurry, but with the general population in the dark about these things, there isn't much hope.

The minutiae of the immigration bill is supposed to make your head spin. People should not give the minutiae details of the bill to their next door neighbors or work colleagues or relatives. One would only need to say that there's a "pending bill" to forgive/give amnesty to 20 Million illegal aliens and the only recompense to the US taxpayer is that the illegal would pay a one time only $1000 fine and illegals under 21 are exempt from the fine. Then one would encourage one's circle of friends/relative/colleagues to contact their Congressmen and Senators to deep-six this bill since it does not address anchor baby laws, unpaid income taxes, border fences to keep this from happening again, and employer fines for hiring immigrants who were illegal at the time to name a few items that require remedy. Also the pending legislation increases the total of H-1B visas for engineers from India to displace American engineers. Giving DVD's to people is a "stretch" remedy, IMO. You need to keep the message short and sweet to get the appropriate reaction and DVD's are not that way. People are busy these days. The only ones who would sit through a DVD presentation are in the choir already. As for the North American Security Union, I agree with Former Lurker - that's far off and it's not in the bag by any means. We need to stick to the small here and now puzzle pieces that our nation faces today. And defeating the guest worker amnesty bill would be a major step in thwarting the implementation of the NASU. Fyi, Canada is a parliamentary system. The PM does not have the same powers as our President. Martin/Harper can't just sign on the dotted line. The PM would need to present this NASU to his Cabinet and after that, it would need to be voted on in Parliament and then passed on to the Senate. Where it gets tricky is the Parliamentary vote especially in the case of PM Harper. He is skating on thin ice with a minority government. His days are numbered. At this stage, Harper's gov't can be brought down with a "no confidence" vote. He does not want anything controversial coming up to a vote these days. Minority gov'ts last approx. 18 months. Harper was sworn into office in February, 2006. He's got another 6 month shelf life. Jorgas and Mexico's whatever would be nuts to think that Harper is going to chance his spot as PM with a vote on any NASU bill the next 6 months. No way. And it will be Canadians who will buck the idea of a contiguous border with the USA and Mexico - believe it or not it will be the USA part that will gall Canadians. There is no chance that Canadians want to share anything more than trade with the elephant. ***Former Lurker, thank you for finding a more understandable version of the amnesty bill.*** I expect that eventually the 20 Million illegals will gain some sort of legal staus but I don't think the cart should be put before the horse - what about employer fines? or anchor baby practice? or a proper fence like what we pay for Israel to have? or what about income tax back payments? and what about the Mexocans who are waiting in the legal immigration queue, shouldn't they get into America first over the illegals and what about the Mexican oligarch families, what payment are they making to our General Treasury to pay for our educating and medicating and welfareizing their countrymen?? The very purpose of this thread was to rag on BAC, even BEFORE he got himself banned at LP. Why do you ask? More important things can be discussed on other threads. This was never intended to be a serious thread, although some took it beyond that.

Seems like his handlers thought his usefullness was over, and that he would need to go out as a matyr and then later establish a new role, a new identity, a new personna, in order to become more effective.

Hello everyone! In my first post here at Freedom4um, I wish to set the record straight regarding my recent banning at LibertyPost by that forum's owner. Post #293 of the following LP thread, http://www.libertypost.org/cgi-bin/readart.cgi?ArtNum=175627&Disp=327#C327, is where Goldi-Lox kicked me off her forum. She stated I was "disruptive" to the thread (and it's "important message"). Her banning post was a response to a post I made to samcgwire. Goldi deleted, in its entirety, the post I made to samcgwire (#235), calling my post "UNCIVIL". Now you can decide for yourself whether I was disruptive (at least, any more so than scores of other folks have been on thousand other threads at LP). Before you do that, however, keep in mind that she responded to a post I'd made nearly 12 hours earlier, and between that time and her post, I posted nothing further to the thread (and there were another 60 posts added by then). I'd hardly characterize that the massive disruption she claimed it to be. And my response was a response to a very hostile post directed at me. Was I supposed to be the only one at LP to just turn the other cheek? Just as I was the only one not allowed to post the word KOOK? Furthermore, to single me out and ignore countless other examples of folks disrupting the forum in other threads says, I think, something about the consistency of Goldi's management of the forum. Many of these other cases have been pointed out to her (not just by me) and she took no action. So perhaps my banning just shows that only HER "issues" matter at LP. LP'ers take note. But that's ok. She is the owner and can do what she wants. And a final bit of irony. Note that the assertion being made in the thread by Goldi and others apparently turned out to be more hysteria and rumor, than actual fact. I'm not saying those in Washington aren't above trying to slip something by us, but in this case it appears her concerns were a little overblown. But that's ok. She is the owner and can do what she wants. Goldi-Lox chose to ban me ... permanently ... and without a real warning ... but that is her right as forum owner. She can do what she wants. So here was a thread with it's very important topic (and I do think stopping illegal immigration is important) and Goldi willingly associates herself and the topic with an extremist who utters death threats and foul language at the drop of a hat, and others who I had shown (on other threads Goldi was pinged to) have a propensity for lying. I warned her in two emails after my banning that such associations are not going to get her views about this issue any favorable response from anyone who matters. Nor is allowing liars to corrupt a forum going to do that. My emails to her said quite a bit about the topic of liars. She ignores what I said at the risk of her own forum's future. But then it is her forum and I'll say no more on that matter unless asked to do so by her. I'm not holding my breath. Now, as to my presence on THIS forum, I'd going to try something different. I will not be calling anyone any names or labels (you know ... kook, liar, 5th Columnist, anti-American). No matter what you call me or uncivility you post to me. me dot com | 9 Feb 2007 | me I do believe this whole methamphetamine hullaballoo is over-rated. And I say this as a man who, today, has fifty yards of fence to replace. It's rather odd. I live above a 'holler, and my neighborhood, such as it is, is composed of hardworking, God-fearing rednecks. The next hill over, is populated entirely by white trash meth-addicts. Anyhow: What happened to me last night. Since we had a big blackout in January I've had myself hooked up to the local radio net. Last night, my brother came over, but I kicked him out of the weight-room early: thouight he went home. I was squat pressing about twenty minutes later, when the radio came on. Seems there'd been a car crash down the valley. I and several neighbors converged on the scene almost simultaneously. Seems a van run off the road, crashed down a hill, through a barbed wire bull fence, into our hay field, and run along the fence for ten or fifty yards, before stalling in a ditch. The driver and his wife were completely out of it. They looked like they were in their sixties, but you never can tell with these people. The guy literally fell into my arms, which annoyed me no end. If my immediate neighbors hadn't been watching, I think a couple of backhands to the face would have brought him out of it, pretty quick. He didn't know who he was, (I still don't, either) where he was, or where he lived. His whole mouth looked rotten, and I've known bag ladies who dressed better than his wife. About this time, the tenants who run cattle in that area showed up loaded for bear. The guy was just aware enough to tell us where he lived on the next ridge, and evidently some of the other people knew him. He said he'd call a friend to pull him out of hte ditch. As he was doing so, the cattleman and son claimed they saw another guy running through the field and they took off after him. I left about this time, but my brother got there later, and stayed afterwards. It seems the that this guy called a friend to pull him out, but the friend didn't trust him, so he called the state troopers in. There wasn't much they could do. My brother pulled out the van (which I had no intention of doing; the boy is soft in the head). Anyway, got a whole line of fence to repair today. Haven't had to deal with tweakers like this for a long time. Guy down the road makes meth, (and allegedly child porn). Everytime I pass his place I see a lot of young girls around, for some reason... Anyway that's my adventure for last night, written this morning, under hte influence of a hang-over. I still support ALL drug legatlization, btw. The immigration issue is already settled. I know that, because I'm the father of 3 blond, fair-skinned kids and 2 of them are in elementary school. The good news, if there is any, is there are lots of Hispanics who are trying to be good people, and hopefully the successful ones among them will be able to keep the riff-raff in line. I work with a Hispanic woman who can keep right up with me, and I have a Hispanic renter who is always pays me cash, is never late, and never complains about anything. They also hold key positions in government and law enforcement, and to a lesser degree in business and law. The psychotic gun-worshipping Know-Nothings muttering about a Civil War are going to get squashed pretty quickly if they do try anything. After all, how many boxes of .223 ammo can you carry moving around on foot? Put them in your vehicle and expect to get stopped at a roadblock. Go out in the country and they'll seal off the area and bring out the helicopters with infrared sensors. They may be able to cause some problems with IED's, and then they'll be lifting a page from the jihadi playbook, LOL.

I don't know why she decided to unban me, and I had no notification that I was unbanned, but out of curiousity one day I tried to login and I found that I was able to. One source I know of is the documentaries on British tv stations which are broadcast all over Europe, as they do like to portray that about Americans.
