Duke keeps the rhyming to a minimum. Excellent speaker, excellent writer. My Awakening is a perfectly reasonable book.

There can be lots of reasons for a plea bargain.

Another thing to keep in mind is that government resources are finite. Faced with finite resources, state agents must allocate resources according to bang for buck. Multiplicity of laws beyond the capacity for full enforcement makes law arbitrary.

Perhaps Duke is no better than Jackson. Is he worse? Why was Duke prosecuted, and not another?

But perhaps a white man like Duke should be held to the higher standard of which white men are capable. Prosecution of Duke is consistent with grading on a curve. Legal corollary to the PC code of manners.

Did anyone else notice the two Superbowl coaches were formerly defensive coordinators?

"My Awakening" was an awesome book. Heck, I even sent him $20 one time. He could've been another George Lincoln Rockwell, albeit a well-dressed and less-threatening one. All he had to do was not be a shitheel.

Well doubtless he was zealously prosecuted, as I'm sure they really wanted to "git him", but that's the reason he should've kept his nose clean in the first place.
