Title: What Would You Ask President Bush? - Help C-Span Ask Bush Interesting Questions

C-Span is asking viewers to suggest questions they should ask Bush tomorrow, when they interview him at the WH.

Perhaps, the management of this site should e-mail C-Span a copy of this thread so, let's see if we can help them a a little. I suggest that you don't link pictures because I don't think C-Span can ask Bush a picture or tell him to jump to a link and see what's there.

Given that Bush is only giving C-Span 25 minutes, think of this as what would you ask Bush if all you had was ONE and only one question.

I would ask him to resign but I doubt that C-Span would relay such an 'out of the box' question.

A good question would, of course, deal with his possible insanity. But this is something you would ask Bush's therapist, not Bush. Can't ask the mental patient to discuss his mental condition.

The above 2 questions being 'out of the question' then... what's left to ask? I don't really know. Bush seems to be the type that responds to stimuli in a Pavlovian fashion, not someone who would be moved by facts or by a rational discussion. I am wondering what it is that makes him tick. He definitely loves to see more Mexicans in the US and more dead non-Israeli people anywhere within 1000-2000 miles of Israel. These, and creating an ever stronger police state in the US seem to be the 3 major themes of his presidency so far.

So, maybe the question to ask should be:

What, in his mind, links together: bringing more illegal Mexicans in the US, killing more people in and around Israel and turning America into an Orwellian, totalitarian police state?

Excellent question.. I dont even know where to start in regard to a question.. my list is long..

So, the one possible 'big question' should be on 'the vision thing'.

What is it that he wants? He spent trillions (look at the amount of debt he added) to accomplish... what?

What is it that he got us for the money and for the dead and... is it worth it?

Well not specific questions but my list would include:

Feith

North American Union which leads to immigration

Haebus corpus

National Debt

The lies leading up to the Iraq war which leads to the lies about Iran which goes back to Feith

The black budget

Outsourcing/globalization

Energy

Dollar

...just for a starter

*CSPAN is going to stay within the boundaries as well they should, and there will likely be an agreement (off camera) that there will be no follow ups to questions that are asked and (poorly) answered, and the interviewer will not attempt to circumvent that. CSPAN must remain neutral and have no political axes to grind. And, we can expect President Bush to be himself and true to his nature.

So, given these limiting circumstances I'd ask "How can the administration claim to support the troops when you've closed 7 VA hospitals while simultaneously giving substantial tax breaks to the wealthiest Americans many of whom are also realizing substantial windfalls profits from this war?"

Now obviously, his answer will be piss poor, so, if I was the interviewer I'd try to load a question up to fire that

A) Educates Americans about the admin's hypocrisy,

B) breaks the controlled media's protective barrier around this issue and tell Americans that Bush has no right to shame us for "not supporting the troops" for any self serving reasons of his own. The most fundamental support of all is primary medical care for troops, and closing those hospitals cannot be justified in the light of day, period.

C) provide critics of the war a question to innocently raise in lunch rooms and factories across America that will finally shut those goddam bastards up who have been browbeating us with their pseudo-patriotism for 3 years. "Hey, Ariel, how come the president closed 7 VA hospitals and gave tax breaks to war profiteers? Is that what you meant when you criticized us for not supporting the troops? Wow, you must feel like a real horse's ass now, huh?"

D) Make the issue part of the scramble for the high office, so none of the other silent co-conspirators from both parties can benefit from the media blackout any longer. Perhaps the campaign will then focus on which candidate is going to take better care of returning troops. Believe me, they're going to need it.

E) tell the troops in country who still believe in this war and who blog about coming home and kicking my ass that they are stupid, too. Maybe they'll lighten up when they kick a door on their next IRAQ RAPE PATROL.

F) ask a question that even a goddam Freeper cannot spin into a "Democrat-Bush hater question" without looking like the paid staffer/Zionist shill she or he really is. They've have an answer of course, (anyone who embarrasses Bush is suspect to White House staffers regardless of the validity of the question) and it'll be enough to keep their loyal, fawning ass kissers in line, but it won't have any legs at all outside of their own tiny cult. The question would get you fired if you worked in the White House but most Americans don't.

G) ask a question that is guaranteed to make Bush kick the goddam dog after the interview. As far as I'm concerned if the dog offers any comfort to Bush he deserves to be kicked, and he ought to run away from home.

*Keep in mind that even though Bush is presently holding the office, the office deserves to be protected and respected at least until they put an actual circus chimp in there and we know that the illusion is to be sustained no longer.

Oh, dookey, the White House will have edit control...

Okay, never mind.

It'll be a puff piece, mostly full of air.

I should have known. There is no way they'd let Bush do a cold interview.

I don't believe that the WH will have edit control but they may not need it. I agree that the C-Span interviewer is going to be most polite and respectful and, even if inconvenient questions might be asked, the C-Span interviewer is unlikely to insist that Bush actually answer the questions rather than talk about whatever it is that Bush feels like talking.

Yeah........right..........someone typed the words 'three Shakespeares', and he read those two words and hence can technically say he read three Shakespeares!!! The liar in chief doesn't even know which end of a book is up!

For some nitwit who just a few years back had a favore book--by Dr. Seuss, no less-- something about ham and eggs or cheese--some dumbass book for a grown man who wanted to be president to select! And now suddenly he can actually read three different Shakespeares. ROTFLMAO! Rich........just too rich.
