Partial List of IP Blocks Used by US "Terrorist Surveillance Program"

The following partial list of IP blocks are routinely used by the US government entities (supported by private contractors) to gain access to, to monitor, and in some cases, to destroy IT networks. Such activity is related to the US “Terrorist Surveillance Program.” Most of the registrants of the blocks listed below are not aware of these activities. Concerned network admins should examine traffic logs closely. A correlation of traffic from several of these IP blocks likely indicates that a network is under surveillance or has had access attempted by the US intelligence community and affiliated entities.

That's looks like it's from your LAN (Local Area Network)

Guess I'm not sure how that works...since I'm not connected with a network.

Maybe your provider's IP then. At some point you are connected. Although, that would be a good way to fool people, if the govt used IPs in ranges not expected.

It isn't your ISP. It is a ping and/or attack from an "unkown."

OLD SCRATCH MUST BE IN REAL TIME.

MY FIREWALL JUST BLOCKED 88.191.3.0 - 88.191.248.255 WHICH IS ON THE LIST AND IT WENT FOR PORT 1026 WHICH IS ONE OF THE KNOWN PORTS.

From ZoneAlarm 2/11/2007 1:37:42PM. The computer has blocked Internet access to your UDP port 1026 from 88.191.35.64 from their port 44434.

When searching the ripe fot net database for the EXACT attacking IP address, I get the above RANGE and the response is above in the quote box.

As per other responses, any IP beginning with 192.168 is local to you, and not from the internet and that's true for everyone all the time. It's a special, reserved IP address.
