A magic trick. Both the leads going to the candles are out of the pic and are the connected source of the power supply. Distract the viewer with the candles, magnets and screws, and the trick is played. These tricks rely on your assumptions. If I really could do such a thing I would be SO SURE to have the power leads in the pix so there would be no ?? as to tampering. Perfect video trick, tho.
