McDade accused of indecent exposure By Kelly McCormack
Former Rep. Joseph McDade (R-Pa.) allegedly exposed himself to two women at a beach resort in Florida, according to court documents.
McDade, who served in the House for 17 terms, is required to appear in court for what could be a misdemeanor charge carrying a one-year sentence and a $1,000 fine. The court date has yet to be scheduled.
On Jan. 18, McDade, 75, did unlawfully expose or exhibit his sexual organs in a public place
in a vulgar or indecent manner, or did go naked in public, a summons says.
McDade currently is board chairman at Ervin Technical Associates in Washington.
