Right-wing author and pundit Michelle Malkin filled in for Bill O’Reilly tonight on The O’Reilly Factor. During a segment on a newly-proposed Airline Passengers Bill of Rights, Malkin said, “So you’re behind this Passengers’ Bill of Rights move. I wonder if this goof realizes that the Japanese felt the same way about Philippine people
I'm willing to allow her to surrender all her rights. She's flat-out insane, though, so no judge would allow it, under the diminished responsibility theory.

Remember, she's against the bill of rights, so she shouldn't mind. And she's pro-torture, so the whole thing could be a major win-win for America...get rid of a terrorist, and sharpen up our torture techniques on a volunteer.
