1. nothing (or extremely little) in the slanderous comments made by "Wes" are relevant to anything (to the best of my memory). they are the same kind of spin-attacks the mass media throws at 911 truthers. just personal attacks - no proof - no substance - no meaning - other than to damage reputation. if you don't like working for someone, the proper thing to do is give notice, and leave politely. what "Wes" the dickhead "Perkins" did was so immature/pathetic, it's repulsive. 2. i think it was a little stupid for Stadtmiller to say/do some of the things i have heard him say/do - but no one is perfect - and i am sure his job isn't always easy. it takes a lot for someone to do what he does. regardless - no one has pointed out the fact that it appears Stadtmiller was "smelling something rotten" for him to have done his little "private detective" stunt on air - and in retrospect, it appears he probably had good cause to smell something rotten in his operations. "Wes" the idiot "Perkins" didn't do what he did without pre-planning for quite some time. and i am sure Stadtmiller could smell something. 3. Stadtmiller used to give the highest compliments to AJ many times. i remember him often espousing on-air what a great host AJ was - and that doesn't disappear unless someone turns against you in some way. on the other hand, i've never heard AJ say anything good about JS. 4. all the hosts that left RBN over this stuff are a bunch of pricks. though interesting, no one at either RBN or GCN has ANYTHING to contribute toward the "restoration of the republic" from the jaws of our current 14th amendment corporate-slave-state "democracy". NONE! they all want a "better democracy", a "better corporate slave state". well - f-that. it's a delusion. there's no such thing, and never has been any such thing. Jefferson knew this, and that's why his intents were for an agarian country (all rights stem from private property). Federalists were the "elite" class, and wanted urbanization so they could profit and remain an "elite" class. you can't have it all. you either have an urban slave state, or you have a free agarian state where everyone has their own productive piece of land and provides for themselves 90%. some trade is needed because we can't make everything we need for a decent life - some people have to specialize, and there has to be some economy - we need the butcher, baker, and candlestick maker. but if you go beyond that - you have elites ruling landless peons. 5. that might scare some people, but the fact is the corporate slave state never really invented anything - and progress has been retarded, not hastened because of their advent. there is no ingenuity in a land of slaves. almost all the great inventions occured before 1900. other than the transistor, it's hard to think of anything "great" man has invented since then - we've merely improved on what free minds did over 100 years ago. dozens of great inventions have been snuffed by the "elite class" - and their inventors murdered - since 1900. nothing will ever get better until we become an rural nation again, with private productive property for all - we grow our food and herbs, we have a few animals, we meet our daily needs, and then do greater things with the spare time we have. no "classes". no "police powers". no "legislated living". no "authorities". don't murder, don't steal, don't libel/slander, honor all contracts. it's not that difficult. shoot your TV, and grow a garden. get a few chickens. get some land and kiss the satanic slave state goodbye and live each day for God, because in the end, there's nothing in the corporate slave state that you will treasure in your heart - it's an empty bag when the game is over. that's really the only "answer" there is to genuine freedom from tyranny.

critical things for anyone living free of the system of evil: 1. it's very important to take very good care of your teeth. floss, use a water pick after eating or drinking anything besides water, and brush well - Sonicare toothbrushes are pretty good. get some dental piks. 2. ozonate your water-pik water, or add 1 shot bleach per quart of water-pik water. 3 shots bleach per quart is also good for a bandage. either ozone or bleach can be used for most bacterial/fungal infections - including all the "resistant" ones around today. 3. a good water filter like the Berkey - makes good beer/wine too. 4. DMSO is good if you ever have severe pain - it's as powerful as morphine in many cases when rubbed on topically - powerful enough to turn "passing out" kidney stone pain into no big deal. 5. there's many uses for baking soda - fixes most stomach troubles, and can be used for cleaning, brushing teeth, etc. in my experience, flouride toothpaste is important for good teeth - other things will work if you brush 3x a day, but if you only brush once or twice - it's good to use Crest or something ... those are some of the "essentials" in my experience - 10+ years.

i wanted to add some things i have learned in case it benefits anyone. 1. land is what is important - once you have land, you are free of the biggest form of control - "rent". then you are left only with bills to pay. you can build a little house and add on as needed, or fix up a cheap mobile home or something. people can do this with a few years savings. 2. depending on where you live, things will be different, but you can always keep food growing plants in all windows, or in an indoor garden, all year round, and in only a 8x8 garden, you can grow more than one person can eat. you can plant apple/pear or whatever kind of trees, berry bushes, and have chicken eggs year round (B12). in case you never had to eat your own chicken, you just chop their heads off, and then when they get done flying around, you dunk them in a bucket of boiling hot water and then the feathers come off easily - and you have what you see in the stores. 3. for bulk staples, it's amazing how far they go - 8 or so 5 gallon buckets with things like beans, rice, oats, dry milk, olive oil, pasta, honey, flour, etc, will last far more than a year, and will only cost a very few $100. so, it isn't hard to live off $200x12 (utility bills) + $500 (staples + misc) or $3000 a year or less. for most people, they can do something extra to earn that fairly easily. and if they get these free energy devices going, you can easily live on $500 a year or less. 4. it's good to have a stash of silver or gold as emergency insurance. 5. it really is a different life when it depends on knowing the tricks of nature and managing all the affairs of survival ... no limits on how good you can be at things, doing things the best you think they can be done, and your boss is the Great Spirit instead of the NWO.

I used this in '82 when i developed a wicked case of shin splints. At the time I was running 4 to 5 days a week and they all but stopped me. A neat Dr. (also introduced me into biofeedback for hives) suggested DMSO. I used it, and despite a rather heavy garlic taste, became pain free.

I have a friend who was helping her son clean his room. condoms fell out of a drawer. they have a good relationship and she asked him if he was having sex. he told her no, he was practicing with condoms so when he did have sex, he'd know how to use them. good answer, and she was pleased.

Joes Ancient Orange: to a 1 gallon jug, add 3.5 lbs honey, 1 whole orange sliced in eigths, 25 raisins, 1 regular cinnamon stick, 5 whole cloves. fill with good water, shake. add 1 teaspn yeast, screw on cap, and set in dark 70ishF conditions for 2 months or until done fermenting. you can also add a lemon+lime in place of an orange. Simple Cyser: to a 1 gallon jug, add 3.0 lbs honey, fill with good, *organic* apple juice, shake. add 1 teaspn yeast, screw on cap, and set in dark 70ishF conditions for 2 months or until done fermenting. Simple Wine: to a 1 gallon jug, add 2.0 cups sugar, fill with good, *Welches* grape juice, shake. add 1 teaspn yeast, screw on cap, and set in dark 70ishF conditions for 1 month or until done fermenting. Bush i think there's a good chance we are headed for bad economic times - i don't know how it will all unravel, but if you understand our economic situation, and if you understand money - you would be worried. my silver has quadrupled in value in the last few years - and that means your assets have lost at least half their value - there's really no way out - one way or another we are going down. the only variables is how fast and how hard - and i'd say there's a 50% chance it could make the Great Depression seem like an ice cream factory. it never hurts to know how to make things from basic materials. a little lye (sodium hydroxide) will make "tons" of soap - with any fat or oil you happen to have around. if one bad event takes place that stops trucking - stores will be empty overnight - and you will have to live with what you got. i spent years thinking of what is ESSENTIAL in life, and soap is one of those things you don't want to have to do without. unfortunately, neo-con pressures made Red Devil Lye defunct - you can't buy it in stores anymore - everything is being centralized and consolodated. you can only get it from chemical supply companies now. "they" claimed it was used to make meth, which is totally ridiculous - any chemist can get what they want - it only affects people that use it for ordinary things like soap, and opening drains. that one shot of lye in the soap recipe will make almost 2 quarts of soap ... lye is a "compact" way of having lots of soap around. don't change the olive-oil/coconut-oil ratio - coconut oil is special in a way, and it requires it's own calculations. it's kind of necessary though because it helps make the soap bubbly - olive oil alone would not lather as nice - olive oil makes the soap "creamy".

Today one can't buy a simple soap ingredient without showing your driver's license and passport. Yesterday it was cold remedies. What next?- showing id's for tampons and condoms because they could be used by potential terrorists - passport, please, before you can have sex or your period. yes - it's all crazy. i called a place called FPI for some essential oils for soap - it's in Canada - and they wanted my SS# and TaxID# !!! or they wouldn't allow me to buy !!! they said it was US Customs law now. i see many companies calling themselves XYZ of North America now. all this stuff is going down now. now. everything is being tracked, traced, and controlled - everything being consolodated and centralized. people think their warehouse stores like Walmart and Home Depot are "good" - but i tell you - i have been to Russia - that's how it is there - you have state warehouse stores where you get your rations. and i know of no other reason to track grocery purchases except to install the cashless technology. already, half the isles in the hardware warehouses are cashierless. all small businesses are being put out of business - if you want a broom - chances are there's only 1 or 2 places you can go to get one. if you don't show them your grocery store ID, you have to pay like 50% more for the products. anyone can grow the Ephedra plant - it's a hardy weed and the ephedrine can be easily extracted in sufficient quantities. notice how they blame ephedrine for "deaths", when still, it has not been the sole cause of any deaths - yet 1000's of other things that kill 1000's of people a year are perfectly available without restrictions. they banned GHB - which is totally safe - it is one of the best anti-aging substances around - 100% natural - it's in your body already - it breaks down into water - does no harm at all - and then they label it a "date rape" drug, because it makes you sleepy. well so do many other things - like chloroform (rug stain remover) and ether (engine starting spray), and chloral hydrate (chlorine and lime - knockout drops) - and a zillion other things. i mean, if they make the world 100% safe for everyone, there won't be anything anyone can do. responsibility for ones self has been turned into a parent-child relationship with the government. i tried to buy a light fixture the other day - the lighting dealer asked me why i wanted it, what i was going to use it for, if the lamp i was fixing was UL Listed, and if it wasn't, he was not going to be allow to sell me the fixture. ITS CRAZY!!! everything homemade is better. it just is. homemade brews have B12 and loads of vitamins and minerals - store bought stuff is all processed. with added sulfites. artificially carbonated. homemade soap to store soap is like comparing homemade bread to store bread. it's just not the same. stuff for stores is now being made to have shelf lifes of years! it's not even real food or whatever anymore. look around you - everything is being poisoned - vegetables and fruits are all GMO - that's no small thing - it means the DNA is altered - which means the plant is making proteins that never existed on earth before and our bodies don't know what to do with it. and protiens are very dangerous - most all natural poisons are proteins - you put a little blood from an animal in your blood and you die - proteins are the "signature" of foreign invaders so far as your immune system goes - and if you can't break down these never-seen-before proteins, it can have deadly consequences - and if you look at the literature of GM foods tested on animals - they ALL DIE! look at fish - they are ALL FULL of PCB's and MERCURY! there's enough mercury in tuna cans to kill you if you eat 10 cans a day for 10 days. one man died doing that - of mercury poisoning. and if you don't die from that - you have super high levels of PCB's in you - i mean - the oceans are so polluted - the fish are deadly! that's 3/4 of the earths surface! miles deep! the great lakes are so full of PCB's - they warn you to only eat a few fish a year from them - or you'll die with various conditions from PCB's. look at your air - it's poison. your food - it's poison. your water - it's poison. there's so much prozac in rivers the fish are looney tunes. so many birth control pills that everything is turning female. look at all the chemicals in your food - it's not even "food" - it's "feed". you can hardly go into a store anymore and find "real" things to eat! ugh. i could go on forever! 100 million illegals, that'll fix everything good. i dunno - if you are under 30-40, you probably don't even have a clue how bad things are - because you haven't lived in any other "time". i need to stop before i get into a feminist rant :)
have you noticed all the "food poisonings" going on? i have never seen this my whole life - now, every week it's E. Coli, or Salmonella, or whatever - we got all these illegals going to the bathroom while they pick crops - and you are all buying it and eating it. it's disgusting. it's NOT NORMAL people! i live in AK, and the whole damn vegetable isle is full of Mexican things i never seen before! everything is crazy foreign foods! there's asian freaky-foods and central-american freaky foods and every other kind of freaky food - but nothing i can recognize - i don't know how to cook all these crazy things - and i can't find traditional american food. the only "American" vegetables i see are potatoes. sometimes - sometimes i don't see them in the store either. oh man - if i had good speaking skills, i'd do a radio show.

the "real food" section in the supermarkets, the food that starts with the #9xxxx stickers, is a tiny corner with half-assed half-rotten organic vegetables - about 8 ft long. maybe 5 different things to choose from. it's very depressing. but who cares - women can't cook anymore - everyone just eats out.

I made a crummy error that has been bugging me since I made a recent batch of soap and noticed and error in my recipe, and I need to correct it. I left a formula for soap, and where it says "2 cups bleach", it should say "1 cup bleach". I usually make it with double the amounts listed to produce about 40oz of soap, and somehow, it created that error in my notes. It would have been noticed, as the resulting soap would have been very "soupy", and impossible to hold in a hand or wash with. Anyway, it is an excellent soap, removes all dead skin (same reason bleach is used in laundry, it cuts oil-protein bonds which soaps/detergents can't break), it deep cleans and leaves a refreshing no-residue kind of clean. Despite what people think, bleach (NaClO) is a natural substance, the immune system makes it in addition to hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and ozone (O3), and it is nothing more than electrolyzed salt water. It is a universal disinfectant, and not just specific to bacteria - anti-bacterial soaps can create fungal/yeast infections because their natural enemies, the bacteria, are eliminated. Bleach soap is also a potent remedy to chemical warfare agents and other toxins, due to its oxidation abilities. The reason it isn't sold in stores is because it would break down over the long shelf lifes required. A batch will only last a few months as the bleach slowly degrades back into salt water. Some say it causes cancer in the colon when drunk in water, but my opinion is more that of Dr. Hulda Clark who says commercial bleach contains many heavy metals, and it is best to use USP grade (or better) bleach if used internally. It is most likely the heavy metals in bleach that cause colon cancer when drunk, and except for mercury, they do not significantly absorb into skin. Nothing is "pure", and most everything has some heavy metals. Anyway, I apologize for the error.

DMSO is good if you ever have severe pain I used this in '82 when i developed a wicked case of shin splints. At the time I was running 4 to 5 days a week and they all but stopped me. A neat Dr. (also introduced me into biofeedback for hives) suggested DMSO. I used it, and despite a rather heavy garlic taste, became pain free.

40oz/1.5kg can of any flavor you like (light/dark/stout/etc).
2. Add the malt extract and sugar (may be pre-mixed in boiling water).
3. Ensure moderate temperature; that everything is dissolved well.
4. Stir in yeast, and add more water until the 5 gallon mark is reached.
5. Keep covered and avoid opening. The beer will be ready to bottle in 6-10
days. Ambient temperature should be in the 60's. It is finished when
there is little or no bubbling and no sweet taste.
6. Set the bucket on a sturdy table and 12 2-liter bottles on the floor.
Add 3 teaspoons of sugar to each bottle (1/2 a shot).
7. Siphon the beer into the bottles, trying not to disturb the sediment
(One method is to tape a plastic straw alongside the bottom end of the
siphon hose with 1" projecting beyond the end. The tip of the straw can
touch the bottom of the carboy without the siphon drawing up sediment).
8. Screw the caps on tightly and shake to dissolve the sugar on the bottom.
Set bottles in a warm area for the first few days, then store in a dark,
cool spot. You can drink the beer within a few days of bottling, but it
will improve with age.
