i had the wizard cast as my tagline a while back, but hardly anyone was picking up on it.

the wizard of oz is basically a metaphor for the spirit in a human body, seeking things which it already has, manipulated by a powerless, illusory little person pretending to be great.

quite appropriate if one can expand a little.
