Title: First, Anarcho-Tyranny Comes For The Extreme Right

With terrorist bombings in Morocco and Saudi Arabia and the closing of the American embassy in Riyadh, it should now be obvious that the much ballyhooed "war against terrorism" is a colossal, monumental, titanic flop.

Since the 9/11 attacks, we have fought two wars, conquered two countries and enacted laws that jeopardize constitutional rights, and still terrorists seem able to strike whenever and wherever they wish.

Well, the central rule of anarcho-tyranny, the system of government under which we now live, is that if you can't or won't punish the guilty, criminalize the innocent and punish them.

Under anarcho-tyranny, criminals aren't punished (which is why it's anarchy), but the innocent are (which is why it's tyranny). The Bush Administration seems determined to develop this insanity to a state of perfection.

Unable to destroy real terrorists, the Administration is inventing new ones, as the Washington Post

discussed this week.

The funny thing about the fake terrorists is that they all seem to be on the extreme right.

Thus, in Northern Virginia, federal agents recently nabbed a gentleman named Byron Calvert Cecchini, a "self-described white supremacist," who runs a website "rife with anti-Semitic and racist language," as the Post describes it.[“Tracking Hate Groups Aids Terrorism Fight |Federal Agents Turn to Domestic Front,” By Maria Glod and Jerry Markon, Washington Post, May 19, 2003]

But the feds seem to have had virtually no good reason to arrest him. Their warrant alleged he had a "violent criminal history" and "probably" owned weapons. But after the feds threw him in jail and walked off with his computer and files, all they could charge him with was trademark violations. Mr. Cecchini sold T-shirts that resembled those of another manufacturer.

"You prosecute what you can prosecute," a "law enforcement source" smirked to the Post, in what ought to be the motto of anarcho-tyranny.

You can't or won't prosecute the guilty and the dangerous, so you prosecute political eccentrics who have done nothing illegal or violent and call it a "war on terrorism."

Mr. Cecchini isn't the only victim. In the last few months far right activists all over the country have run into legal problems from the federal government.

In February, Ernst Zündel, an immigrant from Canada and "Holocaust denier" living legally in Tennessee with his wife, a naturalized U.S. citizen, was deported back to Canada where he was

denied bail and kept in a prison cell with the lights on 24 hours a day. His offense: He missed a single immigration hearing.

More serious charges have landed white racial activist David Duke in prison, and Matthew Hale of the "white supremacist" World Church of the Creator has been charged with conspiracy to kill a judge.

Some might even have broken a real law or two, but the pattern discloses nothing less than a government witch hunt against the far right, criminal or not. As the Post describes it, "It is a tactic being used with increasing success nationwide as authorities step up efforts to curb domestic hate and terror groups: prosecute any illegal activity by known extremists and, at the same time, work to infiltrate potentially dangerous groups to guard against future attacks."

Neither the Post nor the government specifies any actual "terror" groups on the receiving end of the witch hunt, and indeed it's difficult to say that any of the victims has broken any real law at all.

In Georgia, a neo-Nazi leader named Chester Doles was nabbed for federal firearms violations. His crime: an undercover informant said he saw Mr. Doles with firearms. Federal law forbids convicted felons from owning firearms. But Mr. Doles is not a convicted felon and says he didn't own the guns. The government says he has spent more than 12 months in jail for misdemeanor convictions and that constitutes a felony conviction in its eyes.

Others are being arrested simply for opinions expressed -- "In Pennsylvania," the Post reports, "an Aryan Nation member who expressed anti-Semitic beliefs on the Internet in an open letter of support to Saddam Hussein was indicted on weapons charges in March." Unable to muzzle him for his beliefs, the government is simply concocting charges to muzzle him for other reasons.

While the government silences the far right, it seems to have done nothing against the far left -- such as the communist Workers World Party, whose anti-American rallies against the war with Iraq were allegedly financed by North Korea.

It's the right the federal leviathan hates and fears, not the country's real enemies.

Anarcho-tyranny, of course, never lasts. Its natural and logical destiny is tyranny pure and simple.

Conservatives may be indifferent to the wave of repression against the far right over which their hero George W. Bush is presiding, but they should remember one thing: Once the current far right is silenced and suppressed, conservatives themselves will then become the far right that remains -- and the next target of the witch hunters.

federal agents recently nabbed a gentleman named Byron Calvert Cecchini

Although there is still a small percentage of high-minded FBI men, most of them today have adopted a Soviet-style NKVD mentality. What triggers their involvement these days is not probable cause that serious criminal activity is going on somewhere, but, rather, that someone known to have "politically incorrect" beliefs, e.g. about Jews or about race, is doing something slightly questionable that can be made the object of investigation.

That is, the FBI no longer asks itself, "Where is the crime?" Instead, they ask "What can I pin on this guy?"

Some months ago, a White nationalist named Byron Calvert was experimenting with a spoof of the NIKE logo, which he allegedly had modified into a NAZI logo. He printed his creation on one or several tee-shirts, but then he decided that he didn't like the way they turned out. They weren't artistic enough to suit him, so he threw the tee-shirts into the trash.

Oops. Bad idea. Byron should have incinerated them instead. The FBI knew that Bryon's racial views were at variance with those prescribed by the Jewish Establishment, and they had been snooping around Byron's home for a while, looking for something to "pin" on him. They found the tee-shirts by rooting through his trash.

For suspicion of trademark infringement, the FBI should have contacted the trademark owner (NIKE) and asked whether they considered the suspect's activities to be an infringement of their property rights and, if so, whether they cared to file a civil action against the offender. But was that what the FBI did?

Uh, no. Instead, they had soldiers from the government's new "Counter-Terrorism Task Force" (CTTF) storm the Calvert home, armed with fancy CIA killing gadgets, automatic military rifles, machineguns, grenades and grenade launchers, and etc. The home of Byron Calvert, his pretty wife Emily, and his two baby children were subjected to a military invasion.

The FBI claims (or anyway has claimed) that they were only interested in a possible trademark violation in relation to the tee-shirts they had found in the family's trash. Byron has not (so far) been arrested, nor has he been charged (so far) with any offense, including the alleged trademark violation.

So why the stormtroopers? The answer is obvious. Intimidation...is the reason.

Yup. And the feds could prosecute anyone at any time for a whole bunch of things we are all in violation of right now but don't even know it. With so many laws and bureaucratic regulations that have the force of law we all could be found in violation of something that could carry a prison sentence, something that could be used to intimidate or silence us. Anyone. Wether it be a mistake on your taxes, an improperly disoposed of drum of paint thinner, failure to declare a contribution to a non mainstream political group or politician- beaking CFR laws, having only whites employed at your 15 person company, improper insurance on your vehicles, and on and on and on . . .

Wasn't it a trademark violation that Matthew Hale was originally being tried for?

Wasn't it a trademark violation that Matthew Hale was originally being tried for?

As you may be aware an ADL-connected attorney formed the sham "church" to copyright the name Hale had been using, and his predecessor had created, for years prior to the creation of the faux-church.
From the same commentary previously quoted:

If you don't think that the Soviet Union really has "come over here" to America, just listen to what happened to Rev. Matt Hale, the leader of a small religious community whose racial views are among those deemed offensive by the Jews. The FBI planted a stooge who wormed his way up within the World Church of the Creator until he became Hale's chief of security. All the while, he was trying to get Rev. Hale to agree to do something illegal, such as assault or kill somebody. Each time, Hale said, "No way. I obey the law, and I don't want a repeat of that embarrassing situation with Benjamin Smith." (Or words to that effect.)

But one night, Reverend Hale was tired, and didn't want to engage in long discussions. So when the stooge said that he was going to shoot a federal judge, Matt Hale didn't reject the idea with his usual firmness. The stooge took this to be a "go ahead," though of course it wasn't. (A stooge has an incentive to exaggerate. He is being paid by the FBI to "get the goods" on somebody, and if he doesn't at least appear to be succeeding, he'll lose his job.) He reported it as such to his FBI handlers. The FBI ambushed Rev. Hale on the steps of a courthouse, as he prepared to enter it on other legal business.

Since his arrest, Rev. Hale has been held incommunacado, without even being permitted to see his attorney. There is a little-known executive power that is rarely invoked, but authorizes total isolation of someone who might otherwise gravely harm the security of the United States. Although Hale is not such a person (he cannot gravely harm the security of the United States), U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft did invoke that power to isolate Matt Hale completely, even from his attorney. Jonathan Pollard, the Israeli spy who stole tons of Top Secret information, has not been isolated in the same way, even though Pollard's threat to U.S. security is very great, whereas Hale is no such threat at all.

Matt Hale is a "pilot case," intended to get it established, as a precedent, that the U.S. government does have the legal privilege of obliterating the civil and constitutional rights of persons whose major offense is to have politically incorrect racial or religious views. If the U.S. government gets away with this in Hale's case, then it will proceed to do it again, and again, to people it doesn't like. Just remember what happened with the RICO laws. Here we go again!

"The more numerous the laws, the more corrupt the state."

An amendment that might fix many of our problems is one that limits the word count of federal law.

FBI agents are completely indoctrinated. To become an agent, they must visit a Holocaust museum and write an essay on the Holocaust that is graded. I think the ADL came up with this part of the training.

The law can only be used against criminals, so the State makes everyone a criminal.

There is also a psychological factor involved- every citizen feels a sense of guilt because they know they are breaking laws in their daily lives- they feel as though they are criminals and the State has a right to come after them. Guilt keeps citizens in line.

The NWO, in and out of Amerika, has a consensus to erraticate the Constitution and then Christianity.

There is no liberty outside of Christianity. The NWO hates liberty.

The ADL "trains" all levels of law enforcement, federal, state and local.
When the badges are not sitting in rapt attention at an ADL indoctrination the brass is over in Israel soaking up more evil.
