Exactly. The guy claims to be a "Private Attorney General." WTF does that mean? Have you ever heard of a private attorney general? Have you ever heard anyone call themselves a private attorney general?
Don't get me wrong. I'd love for this to be true, however, if the story were true, then it would be the biggest story of the century and be on every single television station. It would not have to be distributed via e-mail from an obscure web page.

A private attorney general is a private party in the United States who brings a lawsuit that is considered to be in the public interest, i.e. benefiting the general public and not just the plaintiff. The private attorney general is entitled to recover attorney's fees if they prevail. The purpose of this principle is to provide extra incentive to private citizens to pursue suits that may be of benefit to society at large.
