Not without a lot of help. It is often quoted by the official StateInc version that the towers became chimneys which stoked the fire as a refiner's forge does, and this is responsible for the high temperature. [And yet why did all of the glass not explode outward prior to the collapse? Must've been heat-proof glass.] I wonder if we have any blacksmiths here? As hot as the center of the Earth? The inner core is 7000 degrees Celsius [7300 K] according to physics. Is the StateInc telling me that the WTC at collapse was 7000 degrees Celsius and That is what melted cars 7 blocks away and the building itself, the result of a pyroclastic flow usually associated with volcanic eruptions? The higher the chimney, in this case 100 plus stories, the hotter the fire..when it has never happened before in the history of other famous high rise fires? Why would the very chimney itself not melt before such heat were attained? Does physics allow for the unrestricted exponential heating of steel and office materials to 7000 degrees Celsius [the outer region of the sun] without some mitigating limit..or without a nuclear reaction? Why would such heat not melt the outer and weaker portion of the steel first causing the face to melt off before the much thicker core goes?
If the above is true, I need to go knock around my SMU geology and physics professors for lying to me for four years. If such a temperature were attained, it was instantaneous and man-made, not the result of time, oxygen and fuel. All in my honest opinion of course.
P.S. Even if I believed this were the case...a refiner's forge causing high temps at the impact point and above...this would not explain FREEFALL. Heat goes up, not down...what melted the base of the core? Again, we have a strong case for manmade intervention.
That is an interesting video. I am going to have to download the raw video file and save it for posterity. I think it is proof that supports Steven Jones' hypothesis and debunks everyone that says "What molten steel?".
