Recently, it was reported that The White House is considering naming an official to oversee the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan to report directly to President Bush and the NSA advisor. So far at least three retired four-star generals have been approached in recent weeks to fill the position, but all have declined to be considered.

Seriously it makes a heck of alot of sense.

Wolfowitz was the architect of the Iraq War and no doubt he had a strong hand in planning the Afghanistan War as well. Wolfowitz was the "visionary" in the DOD serving as Deputy Secretary of Defense under number cruncher RumDumb.

It's only fitting that Paul war architect Wolfowitz get formal credit as Czar of both wars. I'd say that it's about time.
