No, I don't think so. Google is just trying to scare people away from the truth.

The site tries to install a plugin to play the alex jones video near the top. I must have the plugin already it didn't try it on my computer but I had a friend go and it asked if he wanted to install it.

You'll find that every time you go to the site it plays something different. I don't think it's trying to "install plug-in."
