He sounds like Pat Robertson (or some other delusional/brainwashed idiot) crying for Dollars for Israel on the 700 Club. What a f-ing anti-American Israel First Moron. DC is so packed with them.

Supporters of Bush and the Iraq war for Israel and oil are traitors to America and they hate American troops.

I second that emotion.

Weeps Like A Baby

American voters do send some weird ones to Washington. No wonder we are sliding into a black bottomless pit.

What a nancy.

And the publican, standing far off, would not so much as lift his eyes unto heaven, but smote his breast, saying, God be merciful to me a sinner. I tell you, this man went down to his house justified rather thant he other: for every one that exalteth himself shall be abased; and he that humbleth himself shall be exalted. -Luke 18: 14.

GOP taunts Democratic accomplishments :

Ahead of a press conference at which House Democratic leaders planned to tout their legislative accomplishments, the office of Minority Leader John Boehner (R-Ohio) released a list belittling the achievements of the current Congress.

To reason, indeed, he was not in the habit of attending. His mode of arguing, if it is to be so called, was one not uncommon among dull and stubborn persons, who are accustomed to be surrounded by their inferiors. He asserted a proposition; and, as often as wiser people ventured respectfully to show that it was erroneous, he asserted it again, in exactly the same words, and conceived that, by doing so, he at once disposed of all objections. - Macaulay, "History of England," Vol. 1, Chapter 6, on James II.

Except for the pink tie it's not bad theatre.

It is amusing how he starts off talking about "upholding the Constitution" and then makes a giant leap of faith is assuming who the terrorists are.
But by knowing who the terrorists really are, and thinking of them, this isn't really so difficult to listen to.

Seems drunk or crazy or both.

There was a caller on a talk show last night that said he was a bartender of 30 years and without a doubt, Boehner had had at least a 5 martini lunch before giving that 'performance'.

The vote was at 6:45 P.M., and Boehner's breakdown was after the vote, wasn't it? However many martinis he may have had at lunch, he had had plenty of time to sober up.

I think the bartending caller was referring to the level of intoxication versus the actual time of day the alcohol was consumed. He may have only seen the clip without a clue what time of day it took place.

Of course he should have said '5 martini dinner'.

I caught the shameful performance on satellite TV earlier. Boehner being intoxicated makes sense now that I've seen it.

He wasn't intoxicated, just pathetic.
