Jose Angel Gutierrez, professor, University of Texas, Arlington and founder of the La Raza Unida political party In my March 13, 2006, column I wrote about the 100,000 criminals (illegal aliens, not immigrants) who brazenly marched through the streets of Chicago without fear of being rounded up and deported. On March 17, 2006, an estimated 25,000 illegals from Ireland marched boldly in the St. Patrick's Day Parade in NY without fear of any enforcement of our immigration laws. I told my friends at the time: this unchecked in-your-face, "we demand respect" display by illegals will embolden them to demand they be given a free pass and when that doesn't happen, it will reach the point of violence. On March 24, 2006, hundreds of high school students in LA walked out of their classrooms to protest the newest piece of completely unnecessary immigration legislation by the incompetent fools in Congress. Within hours 15,000 criminals (illegals) were marching in Phoenix and roughly 10,000 in Georgia. On March 25, 2006, waving their Mexican flags chanting the same worn out "racist" garbage and demanding their "rights" 50,000 of these criminals marched in Denver, thousands in North Carolina and here in Sacramento. All because the House of Representatives has passed legislation that would make it a felony to be in the U.S. illegally, impose new penalties on employers who hire illegal immigrants and erect fences along one-third of the U.S.-Mexican border. The counterfeit Senate is to begin their bickering on March 28, 2006. Here's two short e-mails I recently received from some illegal who no doubt chants racism because we the people demand our immigration laws be enforced: From: D******@aol.com. Date: 3/16/2006 7:06:47 PM Message: "Hey you ignorants. Why dont you report YOURSELFS .lol. You white people are the real illegals! When did you have a passport to come into my ancestors land?! Get a life and REABUILD YOUR MAYFLOWER so you can go back the cockasian hills were you ALL belong!" This illiterate wasn't happy sending just that one, a few minutes later, he sent another: "F**K U GRINGOS VIVA MEXICO!!!!!" Controlling immigration is about the security of this republic (terrorists illegally crossing the borders) and making sure countries like Mexico stop dumping their murderers, rapists, those carrying AIDS and other communicable diseases and gang members on America's door step. If you smuggle yourself across the border you are a criminal. Breaking our immigration laws has nothing to do with how nice an illegal might be or how hard they might work. If you're here illegally, the only "right" you're entitled to is a free bus ride to the border. Also on March 25, 2006, 500,000 of these criminals (not immigrants) and their supporters marched, chanted and waved their Mexican flags in downtown LA. The newly "elected" racist mayor, Antonio Villaraigosa, joined the lawbreakers and proclaimed this bill in Congress is wrong. Señor Villaraigosa said the only thing illegal is making 11 million illegal aliens felons. Yeah, he actually said that. People should make no mistake about it: Villaraigosa was "elected" by illegals voting and his allegiance, along with the rest of these "elected" public officials in California of Mexican ancestry is to Mexico, not California or these united States of America. The sissy, prissy, politically correct fools in Congress and the state legislatures who have coddled and given a free pass to these hordes coming across the border for the past twenty years have put this republic in extreme danger that is beginning to escalate. As I watched the cable coverage of these marches the past few days, the signs and interviews are the same broken record: "I want my rights protected!" yelled one illegal female. "Americans who want to deport us are racists," puked another illegal. "I'm not a criminal, I just want to work. Without us, America's economy will fail. We do the work American's won't," said one angry male illegal during the protest march in Kansas City. Here's a legal news flash for the little miss with her faced painted with globs of make up: Illegal aliens have no constitutional rights. You are not a U.S. citizen. Smuggling yourself across the border, regardless of country of origin, is in violation of American immigration laws. The definition of illegal isn't racist or racism. If you break into someone's house to steal, that is an illegal act, not racism. If the law says a man cannot force a woman to have sex against her will, it's called rape and if you commit such an act, it's an illegal one, not racism. Our immigration laws prohibit any individual, regardless of country of origin, to smuggle themselves across any of our borders. This is a matter of federal law and I am fed up with this BS about racism out of the mouths of blatant racists: Then Assembly Speaker (California State Legislature) Antonio Villaraigosa, now Mayor of LA: "Because you know what? It's not enough to elect Latino leadership. If they're supporting legislation that denies the undocumented driver's license, they don't belong in office friends." Art Torres, California Democratic Party chairman, at the Latino Summit Response to Prop 187 at U.C. Riverside (Jan. 14, 1995): "Power is not given to you, you have to take it! People say to me when I was on the Senate floor, when I was in the Senate, why do you fight so hard for affirmative action programs. And I tell my white colleagues: because you're gonna need them. Remember, 187 is the last gasp of white America." Fabian Nunez, California assemblyman, at the Latino Summit Response to Prop 187 at U.C. Riverside (Jan. 14, 1995): "Each of you, get ten people to go with us on that march in Washington, D.C., and I guarantee you just as we mobilized 150,000 to the streets of Los Angeles on October 16, we will mobilize 1 million people and bring Washington to a standstill, and those rednecks that are out there making decisions for the betterment of their communities will think twice before they push forward anti- immigrant legislation against our community." "... Brown Berets, we're here today to show L.A., show the minority people here, the Anglo-Saxons, that we are here, the majority, we're here to stay. We do the work in this city, we take care of the spoiled brat children ... We're here in Westwood ... to show white Anglo-Saxon Protestant L.A., the few of you who remain, that we are the majority, and we claim this land as ours, it's always been ours, and we're still here, and none of the talk about deporting. "If anyone's going to be deported, it's going to be you! ... Get out! We are the future. You're old and tired. Go on. We have beaten you – leave like beaten rats. You old white people, it is your duty to die. Right now, we're already controlling those elections, whether it's by violence or nonviolence. Through love of having children we're going to take over." Augustin Cebada, information minister of Brown Berets, militant para-military soldiers of Aztlan shouting at U.S. citizens at an Independence Day rally in Los Angeles. Our economy will not fail by rounding up illegals and deporting them. On ABC This Week, March 26, 2006, weasel Arlen Specter, hauled out the other big lie, "We have created a need for these workers who will do the work Americans won't." Bull. Once we begin to deport these criminals, Americans will step in and do the jobs - jobs that have been taken away from them because employers have turned a blind eye to the law and are looking for cheap labor. As for Arlen Specter: why is he still sitting on his backside doing nothing while banks in this country are knowingly and aggressively violating federal law by giving home mortgages to criminals (illegals). Congress and the Department of Justice are simply ignoring this outrage, yet Specter blathers on the stupid tube that these 15 million plus criminals should be given a free pass. Tom Tancredo was the other guest on the aforementioned show and he said it right: We don't need any new laws, enforce the immigration laws that are already on the books. Frosty Wooldridge has been documenting the horrors of this massive invasion as well as the late Dr. Madeleine Cosman. Madeleine's columns on illegals who are violent sexual predators should damn well scare every parent in this country. Gangs like M13 are little better than animals on two legs. They rape and murder at will; their members are absolutely vicious. There are neighborhoods in LA where police won't even venture into during day light hours because this human trash has taken over. M13 gangs have spread into dozens of states across this country. Innocent Americans as well as policemen are being shot and killed or the women raped and then murdered by these racist gangs. And, yes, they WILL be in your city and town before long. This IS what's coming right to your neighborhood: One of these days in the near future, these millions of illegals are going to become berserkers. It is the intention of Mexicans to "reclaim" the four border states and merge them back with Mexico and they are willing to do it with violence. These 15 million plus illegals will go on a rampage the minute any serious round up and deportation begins, but it must get done for the very surivival of our republic, our standard of living and our culture. Reasonable immigration of less than 100,000 per year is more than appropriate and it worked well for a very long time. We cannot allow illegals to remain in this country because it sends the very clear message to anyone from any country: Go ahead and enter the U.S. illegally. Nothing will be done to you. The stupid Americans will pay to feed you, clothe you, educate your kids and pay for your medical care while they themselves are forced to go without because they can't afford health insurance because their tax dollars are paying for you! Ha, Ha! Go ahead and enter the U.S. illegally if you're a terrorist, no problem, go ahead and build your cells, blow up buildings and schools. Nothing will happen because American politicians are too cowardly to repel this invasion and deport the millions of illegals aready here while the illegals rub their lawlessness in our faces. Do people seriously think these marches over the past three days were spontaneous? Get real. There's big money behind this lawlessness. As soon as these criminals got away with brazenly marching and protesting on the streets of downtown Chicago, the planning and coordination began to coincide with the upcoming Senate exchanging of spit on Tuesday. What is going to happen when, not if , but when millions of these criminals and deadly gangs decide to go on a rampage? There isn't enough National Guard or local law enforcement to handle what's coming so the evil doers in Washington, DC will try to shove the military down our throats in violation of posse comitatus. No? Think again: "Some Marines say they can see the day when the Corps will be required to execute Haiti-like missions, or worse, within the borders of the United States....Because of the rising potential for civil disobedience within the inner cities, it is inevitable the U.S. military will be employed more often within American borders....To enable the Marines to execute these new domestic missions in the same way that they do abroad, Major Reeves calls for major alterations in U.S. laws." Sacramento Bee Forum section, November 30, 1997: Our civilian-military face off - The Bill of Rights no obstacle for Corps The sovereign states of the Union are guaranteed a republican form of government and protection from invasion. This massive invasion has gone forward with no resistance from Washington because the agenda is to eliminate our border and join Mexico and Canada with the U.S. as one regional territory for world government. There is but one solution: the state militias as mandated by the Second Amendment. This IS our homeland security and it WILL be the only defense we have when these criminals are given the go ahead to do more than march and chant racism. The states have the absolute right to repel an invasion and deport any illegal regardless of country of origin and that's exactly why the state militias must be reconstituted and activated. There is a war going on along the border and the harder we push to get these illegals rounded up and deported, the closer we get to these millions of illegals unleashing full scale violence. The first time Mexicans across the official border line fired on our border agents, Congress should have declared an act of war against Mexico. Instead, they have found more excuses than stars in the sky while the violence against American citizens, law enforcement and our border patrol escalates. If you think I'm just blowing smoke, I am dead serious about what's coming. Dr. Edwin Vieira has written extensively on homeland security, but as time is an issue with our fellow Americans or they don't have a computer, I have taken Edwin's constitutional writing on this critical issue and put it on a new CD now being shipped. Since time is an issue, Americans can listen to Edwin's constitutional analysis on the state militias and homeland security in their car while commuting or running errands. This week I am mailing a copy of this CD with a letter to my state assemblyman, state senator, Govn'r Arnold Kaly-forn-ia and to my county sheriff. This letter is to inform them about what IS going to happen when these illegals cut loose and if the states do not immediately begin the process of reconstituting the state militias as mandated under the Second Amendment, they are going to see Hell right in their own front yard. Edwin has informed me that contrary to what I wrote in a previous column, there will have to be some sort of legislation by the state legislatures to get the process rolling. I stand corrected, but this should not deter the legislatures and governors from getting off the dime and getting this done before the rioting and killing starts. No one wants to see our cities burn and innocent Americans killed, but it IS coming. These criminals are becoming bolder by the day because they wrongfully believe there will be no resistance by we the people. They are dead wrong, but the right way, the lawful way in order to avoid chaos and a possible test of martial law is through the state militias. I urge you to order this CD today (it's $2.00). Please make copies and get them out to everyone you know - especially vets and active military. Send a copy to your state legislator (house and senate), to your governor and your county sheriff. Many folks have e-mailed and requested I make copies of my letters mentioned in my last few columns. My volunteers who do my computer work are in the process of moving, but we'll get them into pdf formats and linked in my next column. Time grows short. We must get our state militias up and running for the security of this republic and the safety for you and your family.

Yeah, right Christine, and Mèxico is going to invade next month. Right? Let me see; history repeats itself..... endlessly. So, let me ask you a BURNING question (answer 1 or 2, please): 1. It is more likely that the United States will invade Mèxico. 2. It is more likely that Mèxico will invade the United States. Your thoughts, please.
Caspar Weinberger predicted we'd be at war with Mexico by 2003 as they devolve into a narco-state and the druglords seize control. Thus far, he's just a little early given the violence with the druglords along the border. He may yet be proven right.
A Jew predicting war?! Who would have thunk it. It is pretty easy, listening to the savants in 4um, that a little planning, a few manufactured 'border incidents,' a couple of dead military types and/or border/DEA/FBI agents, and United States citizens would gleefully get behind another war........ and never know why or who was responsible, and all for ignorance. Oh, and profit. Please never forget the profit, and against that, what the hell is another 500,000 dead, right? Or a million or two for that matter. After all, horse predicts that Ameican should only have 150,000,000 anyway, just like the elite/NWO say should happen by 2050!
Yeah, I guess violent drug smugglers have nothing to do with the creation of violence and the problems in Northern Mexico have nothing to do with the breakdown of law and order. Really....sometimes you do need to look beyond you blinders. Not everything can have the blame put in one place.
Tell me something, please. How many pieces have been posted in 4um about the unreliability of the main stream press in America? Do you have any idea? How much truth about 911 have you, personally, seen in the main stream about the events of 911? Also, can you tell me how much info you have seen about the CIA and their gun and drug running into the inner cities of American, esp. Los Angelas? Oh, and by the way, isn`t it Los Angelas that most are worried about with the LATINO GANGBANGERS and MÊXICAN DRUG LORDS? Oh, and by the way, did I mention that I live in northern Mèxico? Just wondering... cause where I live, this weekend, there will be an influx of druggies .... oops, sorry... tourists numbering about 5,000 to 10,000, depending. AND THEY WILL DRIVE HERE WITHOUT PROBLEMS. No killings; no holdups, no military check points (at least on this side of the border). That is in addition to the 8,000 or so Americans who live here more or less full time. And all weekend, those (mostly) white skinned people will shop, dine, walk on the beach, drink in the cantinas, and have a real good time. Do you have any clue as to how stupid most of the nonsense that is being posted in 4um about Mèxico IS!? Are their problems down here? Yep, but nowhere near what you think! Do you have any idea how the media is used to propagandize people? Perhaps you should put some time onto thinking about that.......
Already did. That's why I always confirm from a second party and those parties are saying opposite of what you are. Of course, they live on the US side of the border in places like Tuscon and Brownsville and El Paso and are reputable. Perhaps you should take the blinders off yourself. Just a thought.

That is, actually, amusing. I live just 3 1/2 hours from Tuscon, and while I go very seldom, my friends go weekly. Plus, we get the news (both TV and print) from Tuscon and Phoenix, and while there is definately crime, and much of it by Latinos, I have seen no evidence of pitched battles in the street, nor crime waves that I would put as greater than what should be expected in any city of comparable size, where ever it is. What there is, though, is a very large police presense, both in Tuscon and in the highways to Tuscon, mostly, it appears, engaged in revenue enhancement. Which kind of matches with the post that was put up in 4um a couple of days ago from a policeman. But then, people who will live in a city, well, such is that life.
