Christian-Newsome were slaughtered by savage, Negro beasts empowered by cowardly whites, deeply steeped in political correctness. I'm sad to say even the parents of these kids (I've heard them interviewed) fail to grasp the level of reverse racism whites are encountering.

I can think of a situation where someone ends up killed by someone else, intentionally, and it's not a 'hate' thing. Think of the Kevorkian activities. So, if these were not hate murders, I guess those blacks were performing euthanasia on a bunch of consenting whites.

I saw a 4 minute clip from the show at the http://www.CNN.com website. It was a hatchet job. When they interviewed one critic, they ran the words "Etremist Hate Blogger" at the bottom of the screen. He said that he had been told by people in Nashville that the man's penis had been cut off while he was alive and that her breasts had been cut off while she was alive. They quickly brought out the local politicians who said that was not true. I would tend to believe that their bodies were mutilated while they were alive. I will probably never watch Paula Zahn again, but that is not much of a sacrifice as I never watched her before.

Whoever dreamed up "hate crime" think should be shot. The crime here was murder. What difference does it make what the perps were thinking (if they were capable of thought)?
of course whether it's a hate crime or a love crime doesn't matter. that's PC talk for excusing the behavior in this case. it's a violent hideous crime, period, and these beasts deserve the same treatment they gave this couple. the death penalty isn't good enough.

Death Penalty in Tennessee History Capital punishment has existed in Tennessee off and on throughout its history, although the methods have changed. Prior to 1913, the method of execution was hanging and there are few records of those executed by this method. Electrocution became the method of execution in 1916 after a two-year hiatus from the death penalty from 1913-1915. Then there was a period in the state when death row was empty. From 1972 until 1978, there were no inmates sentenced to death in Tennessee because of the U.S. Supreme Court declaring it unconstitutional. When the death penalty became legal in the state again in 1978, those inmates sitting on death row from1960 to 1978 had their sentenced commuted mostly to life. In 1998, the state legislature added lethal injection giving those inmates committing their crimes before January 1, 1999 the choice of electrocution or lethal injection. From 1916 to 1960, all executions took place at the Tennessee State Penitentiary located in Nashville. Tennessee's first execution in nearly 40 years took place April 19, 2000 at Riverbend Maximum Security Institution where Robert Glen Coe was executed by lethal injection.

I remember following this story, and I don't remember the owners being with the dogs at all - they were running loose. Also, to be fair, the media was all over this story. If any facts were changed, I would like to know. What was truly repulsive though, was the attitude of the supposedly educated attorneys. They were cold, callous and pointing fingers everywhere but at themselves. No matter, SanFran's gay/lesbian community were full force involved in this one. The victim was a petite woman who belonged to that community. Also according to the media at the time, the dogs were trained to fight - nothing more.
