I noticed a distinct difference between an Nigerian black and those who were born here. You can tell when they have white blood in them. But, the Negro eventually over rides this in most of them.

The Nigerian African-Americans (can't say 'blacks', right?) don't need to be too smart because they all have millions of dollars in hidden fortunes and, therefore, don't need to work. All they need is to find some smart White guy to give them a million or 2 so that the White guy gets the money out of the bank for them.
It's like their default position.
"The asians are gifted: they can turn a wristwatch into a television." Back in college, the thinking was that there is more difference within any group, than there is between the groups themselves. With the muddying of the gene pool over the years, I don't know if that theory is still being taught.

If only it wasn't so. One of my favorite programs is the British program "Red Dwarf," which went off the air a few years ago. One of the main characters is Lister, played by Craig Charles, who is half white and half black, although he almost passes for white. Once, a whole season of the program was delayed because he was in jail on a rape charge, and has been photographed smoking crack. It's like they can't help themselves.
