Does anyone believe that all of China and India, for example, have tested the IQs of all their citizens? Half are illiterate.

hmmmm..which comes first the chicken or the egg? maybe they get poorer nutrition because they have lower IQs and don't understand the needs of the fetus?

War torn countries and inner-cities with war zones are high stress, where survival is iffy and good nutrition and a warm secure home environment are lacking.

Various groups of immigrants who first arrived to our shores were considered to have subnormal IQs. An immigrant's life was stressful.

Usually external forces bring about wars and the resulting poverty and dysfunction. I'm sure Iraq's IQ has dropped considerably in the last 4 years.
