Fred Thompson is starring in the current HBO program "Bury my heart at wounded knee". Any possible repercussions? Fred is not yet a candidate so there is no violation. If he was an officially declared candidate, then there would be a violation.
America is not at war. The military is at war. America is at the mall and the Congress is out to lunch.
