It appears there are quite a few folks here from getting off the same train I did! Man, what a crazy train. Things would be fine, for awhile, then it would fall off the tracks again. And no notice of the derailment, ever. And boy, what a mess! ;-)

Percy Dovetonsils is a rediculously silly character made up by Ernie Kovacs, many moons ago (before I was ever born). It was just plain silly, and I think I really need more silly in my life right now! ;-)

Look at post #124 by Byteshredder. At leat he know whom we fight proxy wars for. I'm frankly just amazed he bothered putting the American Flag first.
