Today, after being in prison for 3 days, and not real prison, the county lock up, Paris Hilton was released. Yes, that's right folks, the stupid whore got released.

Here's the deal. The dumb cunt got a DUI, had a revoked license, was sentenced to the lightest sentence she could get, got her own private cell in solitary, had her lawyer and shrink there every fucking day and she got out because her parents have a lot of fucking money.

The thing here is folks, that if you, or I, or anyone else who are working for a living were to do something stupid like that, and be sentenced to 30 days in county, we'd still fucking be there, lawyer, or shrink be damned. This proves without a fucking doubt that there are two sets of laws on the books. One for the rich, and one for the poor. Apparently, only the poor are supposed to know better than to drive drunk, with a suspended license. Apparently only the rich have needs that the rest of us do not.

How many of you have ever been tossed in county and needed to talk to your lawyer? How much time did you get? Did they bring you a shrink too? How about suicide watch? If you were on suicide watch, would they just send you home and release you??? FUCK NO. They'd strip you naked, and leave you in a room by yourself, so that way you couldn't hang yourself with a fucking bedsheet.

Jesus Christ himself was treated far more harshly and he didn't even drink and drive, and yet we're to believe this stupid fucking whore is to be treated in a way that should fucking shame the hell out of our so called legal system? The only sane person in this mess is the prosecutor who saw right through this bulls hit.

What my deepest, dearest hope, is that some crazed fan runs her over after having too much to drink. Then the cunt will have learned a lesson about drinking and driving, and how fucking stupid it is to be a drunk fucking whore.

If there was a day in this country, where the legal system showed its true colors, it was today. It's time to bring down the judicial system because it simply isn't accountable to the rule of law, or the people it supposedly is charged to protect, and I GUARANTEE WITHIN A FUCKING YEAR THIS DRUNK, DRUG ADDLED WHORE WILL BE IN THE SPOTLIGHT YET AGAIN, FOR SOMETHING EQUALLY IGNORANT, AND NOT A DAMNED THING WILL BE DONE ABOUT IT.

Meanwhile, there's a hundred morons who did the exact same thing who are doing their 30 day stints in a shithole jail, without the benefit of the best legal system money can buy. Subscribe to *You Gotta Be Shitting Me*

The 'blowback' on this Sheriff's decision is huge.

The sentencing Judge is pissed and summoned all before the Court tomorrow.

She is going back in the slammer, imho...

One thing is certain, with all her money, she most certainly paid. Now, paying with time and money both is not the way it usually works. If you have no money you will end up doing the time. It's the way of the corrupt system. Glad to see that the judge is going to slap a few upside the head for this transgression of turning her loose.

Yeah, the DA is likewise pissed, and stated that the sheriff just kinda "made up" his own decision to let her go on house arrest, contrary to judges orders and without consulting anyone.

The judge is gonna tear the sheriff a new one, methinks.

Quotes about Paris Hilton's jail sentencing By The Associated Press Article Launched: 06/08/2007 04:22:18 PM PDT

Paris Hilton was ordered back to jail Friday. What some people had to say about the decision:

———

"It's not right! ...Mom!"—Paris Hilton, after a judge ordered her to be returned to jail to complete her term for probation violation.

———

"The criminal justice system should not create a football out of Ms. Hilton's status."—Los Angeles County Sheriff Lee Baca.

———

"At no time did I approve the defendant being released from custody to her home on Kings Road."—Superior Court Judge Michael T. Sauer.

———

"Her release after only three days erodes confidence in the judicial system."—Assistant City Attorney Dan F. Jeffries, arguing in court for Hilton's re-incarceration.

———

"The sheriff has determined that because of her medical situation, this (jail) is a dangerous place for her."—Hilton attorney Steve Levine to the judge.

———

"This is a simple case. There was a court order. The Sheriff's Department chose to violate that order. There is no ambiguity."—Deputy City Attorney David Bozanich to the judge.

Umm no, she was convicted of a first offense reckless driving. Then she got a 6 month suspended license, a $1500 fine and 3 years of probation.

3 years of probation? You'll get less than that on a burglary conviction. I don't know anyone that has ever got that much of a sentence for a first offense reckless driving or even a second. The most I've ever seen was 4 points on a license, 6 months probation and a $300 fine.

The federal media press coverage of Paris returning to jail was what I would have expected had some suspected Al-Queda terrorist cell been intercepted from planning to break into an American 7/11 and unplug the ICEE machine.

Oh she has. She's provided a perfect example of what not to do when charged with a piddly misdemeanor.

First of all don't show up to court with your fancy 500 dollar an hour family attorney. Grab the guy who has a bad haircut and a cheap suit who wallows in the muck with the first year assistant DAs in traffic court day in and day out.

And most importantly, when your overpriced attorney comes to you with a plea deal that has a sentence 3 times harsher than the average someone would get if they went to trial and lost - don't take it.

It's called publicity, taxpayer subsidised in this case. Paris is the victim of these fucking leaches.
