"Let the donut be cut in two, and each of the claimants be given…death. I’ll eat the donut." ~ Homer Simpson, speaking for the American criminal justice system

One of the more absurd activities the government has taken upon itself in the past few years is the criminalizing of discrimination. When we hear the term "discriminating art critic" we now wonder if it is a term of praise, or a line on an indictment. In informal surveys, I have found that most public school children I present the phrase to think it is a criticism. Such is the current zeitgeist. Discrimination, we are told, is bad. In many cases, it is used as the reason for criminal or civil charges – pretty terms for using brute force to compel one person to open their property to another.

What, then, do we make of discrimination which is not just allowed, but encouraged and even required by the government? Employers are subject to legal risks should they buck this trend and offer a job to a member of this permanent underclass. Furthermore, despite what the right wing will claim, one does not become a member of this class by choice, but rather by sheer luck of the draw in many cases. This is the class of criminal convicts.

In an ever-expanding range of fields, employers are required to subject potential new-hires to a criminal background check. If a person is hired with a known criminal background, the company faces increased liability should they commit a crime while employed – liability the company would not face if they weren’t aware of the past background. These facts combine to mean that companies have to have a damn good reason to hire a convict, even if he is the most qualified applicant for the job.

But, you may wonder why I claim that convicts don’t end up that way by choice, but rather by luck. Consider how easy it is to be arrested – all a person with a grudge has to do is swear out an accusation and most likely you will be arrested and jailed. Consider also that previous arrests, even if they resulted in a dismissal or acquittal, are known to law enforcement agencies and to prosecutors in future cases. The police are likely to view such a record and say "oh, he got away last time," thus cutting less slack in the new event. Prosecutors are liable to do the same. Innocent until proven guilty is no longer the law of the land in the United States.

On top of this, we have developed the plea bargain system, in which convictions are routinely gained from innocent people. In fact, if the accused claims to be innocent, and insists on going to trial, all parties involved will believe that he is "wasting the court’s time" and deal with him more stringently. The mind boggles at this phrase – isn’t this why we have courts? Besides, why should one be punished for exercising a constitutional right? Quaint, antiquated thinking, I know. So, many a rational accused person will accept a plea bargain – especially if the fine to be imposed is less than the cost of a trial. This person, through no fault of his own, is now tarred with the word "convict" for the rest of his life.

What’s more, even most people who are guilty of a crime have harmed no one and present no danger to employers. Most people convicted of crimes in this country are convicted to absurd crimes – drug use, tax evasion, prostitution, or other non-crimes. Just turn on Fox to see how one insidious crime is created – resisting arrest. The police will be called during a dispute, despite the lack of an actual crime. On arrival, the police will find the accused obviously angry – he was involved in a dispute, for one thing, and now realizes he faces arrest for no good reason. Despite being angry, he will not physically resist the police – but the officers will push him onto the ground, put a knee on his back, and state repeatedly "stop resisting" which then gives them a basis to claim the suspect was, in fact, resisting. Often in such cases, the person will be convicted of resisting arrest, but no charges will be filed in the initial complaint, meaning a criminal has literally been created out of thin air. For that matter, if self-defense is generally permitted, why is it a crime to resist armed men who, with no provocation, grab you, cuff you, and throw you into the back seat of their car – and then lock you up in a secure facility with no means of escape? Ought this really to be a crime?

Now this person who was unlucky enough to be convicted of a crime, or to have pled "no contest," finds that despite being well-qualified for positions, he doesn’t get one, because of the state-mandated criminal background check. Why take the risk, the employer asks, when another candidate who is almost as good exists? There used to be a time, I am told, when criminals paid their debt to society, whether through a fine, prison time, or probation – and then were free to return to society. This system wasn’t perfect, by a long shot – for one thing, no one can have a debt to society. Even then, most crimes were victimless, and when it comes to violent crime, the debt is to the victim, not to "society" – but it does seem that, when the state initiates violence against the citizens, it is somewhat preferable to minimize that damage.

In addition to employment woes, the convict faces significant other challenges in daily life. For example, a convict is frequently less able to defend himself against aggression – and in many cases, his convict status is printed in the local newspapers, thus alerting aggressors to this fact. After all, in many cases the convict will be forbidden from owning weapons, or denied the right to carry a concealed handgun, often for the rest of his life. Furthermore, even if he decides to defend himself in a hand-to-hand situation, he will often find himself in trouble. After all, imagine the situation once the police arrive and scan the ID of the two parties. Regardless of any statements, the individual with a criminal background will immediately be viewed as being at fault, and likely arrested. Thus, many convicts simply do not defend themselves, preferring to be robbed over being arrested. Certainly, a convict finds it difficult to call the monopoly provider of security services for help – how seriously will they take his claims of aggression? The answer is, not very. Police officers tend to divide the world into three categories – the good, the okay, and the bad. The good consists primarily of other police officers, and other people in similar jobs, such as EMTs and firefighters. The okay consists of just about everyone else in society – these people are liable at any moment to become the bad, but for now shouldn’t be beaten or jailed. If they earn more than police officers, they find they are closer to the bad. The bad includes, certainly, anyone with a criminal background, since the system is infallible. Thus, in any future encounter with the police, the convict finds that he is taken to be a bad person, and any attack he suffers is considered deserved.

So, we see that the state creates the permanent underclass of convicts, discriminates against them, and then compels others in society to discriminate against them as well. This activity, from the organization that considers itself profoundly good, and which lectures all others about the evils of discrimination on irrelevant characteristics, would be hard to understand if we didn’t already know that the state is, by definition, evil. However, we can, in a small way, fight this particular aspect of the state. How can we do this, you ask? When it makes sense for you and your company, hire a convict. Stop the practice of putting to the bottom of the stack any application with a "yes" to the first question, and start looking at the whole applicant. If it is a victimless crime, stop considering it at all, other than to express your sympathy for the way they have been treated. If it is a violent crime, find out the circumstances before coming to a decision. This practice, by the way, would also cut down on recidivism – the convict is far more likely to return to crime if he finds that the honest world rejects him without giving him a fair shake.

Thanks for posting. This one really hits home....we know someone falsely accused of child rape in a divorce case...Lady Justice is dead with this government.....life for the 'criminal' is just as the author points out, sometimes worse. I had read about all of this before, but now I have seen it first hand. A lot of it has to do with their 'funding stream'. They tax the life out of us, but that's not enough. They have to create criminals out of us, in order to tax us all again to pay for our incarceration, and in addition, the 'criminal' is made to pay for supervised visits with children, lie detecter tests, 'hot-wired penis' tests, lawyers' fees to correct the State's errors, and anything else they can come up with to keep law enforcement, judges, lawyers, and the corporations fat and happy. I heard them say the other day it costs $1300 a day to keep Paris Hilton in jail. You can bet there is a lot of profit in that for the privatized prison industries. [I had a lot of important stuff on my computer on this subject yesterday, but my computer ate it.] The gentleman we know, says the food was meager, rarely any fruits or vegetables....he lost about thirty pounds in the three months he was there, and he was not overweight to begin with.

I did some searching and found some of the articles I lost. They are being purged, no doubt because the controllers want to keep up with the facade of the 'Land of the Free'. I'm going to post one of them in its entirety.

Research and excerpts from LETTERS FROM JAIL

From: Lynn Schmaltz

I had many opportunities to educate women on the monetary system of jail. The moment an order is written, whether it33;s a warrant or a traffic ticket, or whatever, the money machine is activated. Every prisoner has a monetary value to our government whether its local, county, state or federal. *** Bonds are written based on the person33;s name and *** social security number and are sold through a brokerage firm such as AG Edwards or Merrill Lynch who has the contract to sell all the prison bonds for the city, county, state or federal prisons. Over 50% of the money market bonds right now are purchased in Japan or China. I33;ve been told by researchers that Walmart and, used to be, Kmart also purchase these bonds, Walmart mostly doing so by emptying out bank accounts at night. Both companies are fronts for enormous money machines.

The way the bond works is that a monetary value is placed on the alleged crime and then factored the way banks factor their money. In other words if a person is convicted of a felony the 33;value33; would be $4 million. The county/city/ state then multiplies it by ten, so the bond that goes out for sale with the prisoner33;s name and social security number is a short-term 33;promissory33; note. It33;s offered at $40 million. Perhaps an investor will offer 40% of the $40 million, or $16 million. Once this 33;promissory note33; of the face value of $40 million reaches the banks it is then multiplied again by 200 to 300% and sold as bank securities. **** For those of you who wonder why the US has more people in prison per capita than any other nation on earth, you33;ll begin to understand how we can have a weakening economy and still fund wars overseas. It33;s all based on prisoners....in other words, prison for profit.

Knowing all this and knowing that a prisoner can have a 33;net worth33; of say, $10,000 per day in the money markets, helped me explain to many bewildered women why they were in jail. We were only merchandise in a warehouse. The storage was pretty cheap; one woman while in jail researched the cost of feeding prisoners per day which ranged from 74 cents to $2.72 per prisoner per day.

"OWNERS OF THE PRISON SYSTEM IN AMERICA"

*Owners of the Prison Systems in America* CORRECTION CORP OF AMERICA headquartered in Nashville, Tennessee owns all private prison systems in AMERICA and are selling the commercial paper. How it Works: A bid bond is done on Form 24, which comes out of the GSA Office (General Services Administration which is out of GAO (General Accounting Office} which is under the Comptroller General. This Blake Bond Bid Bond is promulgated at the time the social security card is issued. When you are arrested the bond is filled out and they issue a Performance Bond, which is done from Form 25, and then they do a Payment Bond, which is a Form 25A.

The Bonds are being underwritten by the Banks. This is where the PAINE WEBBER GROUP comes in. The Plaintiff in all criminal tax cases in the USA is the PAINE WEBBER GROUP as the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA. The PAINE WEBBER GROUP is a group of international businesses. The PAINE WEBBER GROUP is providing the Securities for the prisons and is selling the Bonds, and the Banks, The ABA (AMERICAN BANKING ASSOCIATION) like LEHMEN BROTHERS, in New York City, are the underwriters on the Bonds. The Banks (the underwriters) is where the money is originally coming from.

A six digit tracking number is issued for the Certificate of Stocks in the Commodity and Security Exchange in the USA by CUSIP (see http://www.cusip.com and http://www.cjts.com the law enforcement tracking software) and a nine digit number (called Ordnance Number) is issued for the Certificate of Stocks going internationally to ANNA (Lynn's note: see link for ANNA which is in Brussels, Belgium at http://www.cusip.com ). These Securities are sold through the Commodity and Security Exchange. The bottom line is they are selling stocks in the prison system. The jails are referred to as Warehouses and the prisoners are called Goods (oops, Lynn had it 'wrong'....she told the ladies in Bernalillo County Metropolitan Detention Center that we were in the Warehouse and we were the 'Merchandise' which explained the many flimsy reasons many of the ladies were in the prison.....it was just business, and just revenue). They are selling the Goods or the Account as Chattel, and as Commercial Paper on the Stock Exchange. Reminds one of the days when slaves were bought and sold on the auction block!

The PAINE WEBBER GROUP is the prime stockholder in this CCA (Correction CORP of America). (Lynn's note: the transport company who transported her to Colorado in a van with 16 other prisoners being transported about had the words "Transport Corporation of America....Nashville, Tennessee." Transport rides are also called 'diesel therapy' by those who know about them.} [search IF THEY CAN DO IT TO A CONGRESSMAN UHUH.COM DIESEL THERAPY.] However twenty of the largest companies such as WAL-MART; EXON; GENERAL MOTORS; FORD MOTORS; CHEVY; TEXICO; CITY CORP; IBM; EXPHILIP; HEWLETT PACKARD; VERIZON; UNITED POSTAL SERVICE (UPS); and etc. are also involved as well as other stock holding corporations (There are sixteen pages of the names of corporations that hold these stocks amounting to billions of [dollars].) Of course the monies generated is all off budget with no accounting to the People, even though the CORRECTION CORP OF AMERICA through the PAINE WEBBER GROUP is acting in the capacity of the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

AMERICAN LEGISLATIVE EXCHANGE COUNCIL: Promotes Privatization of the Prison System. Paul Weybrick (may be miss spelled) runs what is called the FREE CONGRESS FOUNDATION, which owns the AMERICAN LEGISLATIVE EXCHANGE COUNCIL. THE REASON FOUNDATION and THE CORNELL COMPANY are involved as well.

The following are notes I wrote after Paul and I were released from Colorado on August 20, 2004. Right now there are many forms of jail in the US--actual jail, CCP ankle bracelet, transport jail, probation, parole.........they all generate income:

Paul and I were released on Friday on personal recognizance and allowed to go to New Mexico. We have a hearing in CO on Sept 13, 04. We got home Sat. night and have been doing catch up here at home today. I'll write an update on Monday or Tuesday. I will especially have some words about the very heinous prison transport system in our country. For now suffice it to say that it took 20 hours in a prison van with 16 prisoners to get from Albuquerque to Hot Sulphur Springs, normally a 8 or 9 hour trip. All of us rode in hand cuffs and shackles the entire trip. There were 3 stops for McDonalds' 'food.' No one but the officers got off the van unless they were being dropped off. No exercise at any point. No movement allowed but to use the porta potty on board. Cattle being transported across country are generally treated better. I talked with a man who'd been on transport from California to Colorado since July 8, 04. My transport date was August 11, 04. Someone in the Midwest told me he knew of a prisoner being transported for six months and occasionally dropped off in a county jail somewhere to await a different transport van. It's my understanding that once you're a prisoner in the system, the county/agency holding you is floating bond for $10,000 per day with your name and your bar code (Soc. sec. #) and these bonds are bundled periodically and sold through Merrill Lynch, AG Edwards, etc. for each state.

Prison for profit........it's not just baloney and white bread. More later and thanks for keeping up your daily news. Paul was released from CCP (ankle bracelet) in Albuquerque and allowed to drive up to Hot Sulphur where he spent another 3 days in jail (my time over the summer has been 5 days in May, 18 days in June-July, 15 days in August and on house arrest, bond from May 24 to June 25, and ankle bracelet from mid-July to August 5, 04). Thankfully, Paul with all his transplant medications, diabetes medications, was in from May 19-24, 04. The rest of the time he was on bond or ankle bracelet house arrest. I doubt he'd have survived a prolonged transport situation. The alleged crime? "Influencing a public office" and "filing a false document." This is what they called our UCC1 financing statement sent when we informed public officials there would be a fee for using our copyrighted property (PAUL SCHMALTZ and PATRICIA SCHMALTZ), which they did anyway.

And, of course, there were no repercussions for those officials when they held a fraudulent, unpublished sale our home/business on the court house steps, etc. *****As you well know there is no remedy in the courts of any kind. They completely ignored our sovereign status with Little Shell Pembina and Apostille with the sovereignty filed by cancellatura.

I just found the notes on Jack Smith and Gene Keating33;s research on prisoner bonds (not the kind you bail out with). www.cjts.com>http://www.cjts.com is the criminal justice tracking system software which shows the software that metro police departments use. Go to the user manual and it takes to 2% appearance bond fees. Then go to special operating software for courtrooms and it shows you how the 2% appearance bond fees are tied to the defendant's account. Go to the bottom in the original user's manual and it says, "Fine accounting." Further up the page is assessments. it shows how it's all tracked from beginning to end. http://www.cjts.com and you'll see all there is to see about a public witness. The caller downloaded it. Roger Elvick had written something about stock exchange transactions.

Once you get the bond you are creditor in fact. Alan comes on the phone call with Jack Smith who had studied Roger Elvick's stuff intensely. He understands marketing accounts and the courts. Roger had said, "We have to find a way to track the account." The caller on Jack's program grabbed the phone book and just randomly picked a brokerage company .......

AG Edwards. He called up to talk to a broker. Caller says he's trying to figure something out. If there was someone trading bonds in the bond market in the caller's name without his permission could he track the account. AG Edwards broker says they would have to have a social security number or a driver's license number. Caller says he knows someone who was trading in Roger Elvick's name. Broker asked if it was a friend, family member or corporation? Caller said to the broker it was a corporation. Broker then said every bond has a cusip #........Committee on Uniform Securities Identification Process Number.

You can go to http://www.cusip.com. There are two main outlets -- Chicago and New York. You'd have to find out who their transfer agents are and then you could track the trade. You can even find out if funds are being embezzled off the account.

When the cop gives you a ticket and you go into court, the judge is using this as a credit item to trade in the markets and he's doing calls. What if someone went in and caught them short on the margin call?

The broker at AG Edwards knew what the caller was talking about. He said, "IF you want to follow this up anymore, you'll have to go to the Securities Exchange division in your state. So, the next thing the caller did was check the Department of Financial Institution of his state on the web and looked up securities exchange division. The advisory committee showed AG Edwards was the transfer agent for the state, making all the bond trades.

The cop does all the paper work in the car. He is creating the assessment and the paperwork in his car when he makes out the ticket by using name, social security number, and driver's license number. They assume you voluntarily gave it to the cop and make the trade. Every cop is a private business contractor working for the corporation. If this is true then you can follow up on every trade made in your name on your exemption. Find the bond written on your birth certificate. Use that and access your exemption through the stock market that way.

Roger Elvick knew this. The transfer and transfer agent and the number with social security number and every case number will be listed. Every traffic ticket will be listed. Broker says if Ameritrade had a trade he could track it, but he can't track AG Edwards, and others. It's going to take someone higher up. The brokers are enslaved by their industry. When you have a job your company is using your social security number.

They'll keep taking your exemption even if you leave that company. AG Edwards sells the prisoner/traffic bonds for several states. How does this correlate with admiralty? Jack Smith says that in admiralty the vessels are carrying commodities and goods. So they carry invoices, packing slips and bills of lading. Warrants and securities back up the goods. Lag--goods that float on the water. Gene Keating says that Title 46 is the shipping code in admiralty. Secretary of Transportation is the receiver of the bankruptcy of the UNITED STATES -- section 1247 Title 46--he's the receiver and trustee. He's talking about the carriage of goods sea act which is Title 46 in the appendix. Bills of lading are all documents of title--warrants and documents are all under the UCC and deal with documents of title. Title 46 Sections 181-189--admiralty is very complex. Even judges are taught on a need to know basis. Appellate judges often don't know all this.

This all leads to different aspects of admiralty/maritime law, both inside and outside the courtroom. The carriage of goods act, Title 46, is all governed by the Secretary of Transportation--the Coast Guard, Secretary of Commerce and the treasury are all under Secretary of Transportation and it's all in commerce. The Secretary of transportation is the head of the maritime commission. All vessels are registered under Title 46, Section 31-301 which talks about maritime liens that arise by operation of law. There's a maritime lien commission. The Secretary of Transportation is running everything because we are all on the 'highway of commerce'--the water came inland, so to speak, and now it's here under the law of trust. Everyone who comes into the courtroom is a ward in admiralty--a ward of the court. We're in an "in rem" proceeding in admiralty in a title dispute and we have to come in as the title holder or have interest or claim in the subject matter of the complaint, or we are the 'vessel' and they have arrested 'the vessel.'

We're not in common law in the courts, we're in admiralty and they get jurisdiction by arresting the vessel. They (lawyers/district attorneys/law enforcement) don't use the proper process and they need to trick, cajole, deceive, pressure us to do whatever they need to do and have us make a mistake to give them 'in personam jurisdiction' over us when we take on the attributes of a general appearance to the subject matter of the pleadings against the defendant "in rem" and we start acting in any capacity on the merits of the charges or by taking on the persona of the defendant vessel 'in rem.' There's lots more to this, but I think you get the gist about 'prisons for profit.'

In tying this all together it would appear that there are many laggard souls, some are incarcerated in prison and some are working in the prisons. And many, many more are indifferent to what is going on in our country as far as prisons and prisoners are concerned. When I explained my case to women, many said, 33;Why do you bother trying to change things? To stand up to the system?33; I33;d always explain to them the concept of our earth trying to ascend to higher consciousness and take all the souls along, even the laggard souls. I33;d explain how we could use the light of the angels, masters and God through us as flashlights .....

an interesting treatise on how the 'Merchants of Venice' brought us all out from God's law, and put us under Maritime Law, the law of the seas. It also raises the issue that the Constitution was never properly ratified. I wouldn't doubt it. Pontificus George decreed that as soon as 9 [? whatever...] states signed on, the Constitution would be ratified, even though the Articles of Confederation stated that ALL states had to agree in order to change that document.

http://www.biblebelievers.org.au/cmlaw13.htm

The Constitution was a contract between the signatories. They're all dead. They can have their g-d piece of paper and all their subsequent color of law usurpations of the people and shove it. That contract should not bind God's posterity: Ezekiel 34:11-13/John 10. Sometime in the future, it WON'T. God WILL see to that. Ezekiel 17:1-10/Matthew 15:13.

I mentioned 'diesel therapy' above in regards to a Congressman. I didn't find that particular one, but here is another version. If you have never read about 'diesel therapy' you MUST read what happened to Congressman George Hansen. I'll pick up with a later event, that will shine more light on the evil of this system:

"....When later released, the process was done in reverse, the congressman told this office, to transport him to a parole hearing in Boise.

Upon presentation of the requirements and restrictions of his parole, Rep. Hansen informed the parole board he would not accept the terms of financial reporting because it would reveal the names of people he was representing who were experiencing difficulties with the government. This would result in the betrayal of those people, Hansen claimed, and he told them if they didn't like it, "I'll just stay here and serve more time." The parole board acceded to his demands in writing then, according to Hansen, "ten days later they told me, 'we can't do that.' I said, 'You already did'. I was already released. I told them that if they didn't like it, to put me back in prison. They said they couldn't unless I violated the terms of my parole. 'I'll tell you what,'" he informed the parole board, "'I will live up the terms I signed out on and you do what you want to do.'" When asked what they would do if he violated their version of his parole — whether they would notify him so he could present himself and surrender, or if they would send the marshals after him with guns and chains, they told him they would notify him to surrender. "That was a lie," Hansen said.

HANSON GETS ARRESTED FOR GOING TO CHURCH

"I went to my own church on a Sunday morning and sat right beside a federal marshal who was also a member of the congregation. That became my parole violation going to my own church in my own home town — because they didn't approve my travel, even though they signed an agreement that said they wouldn't restrict my travel. They just make up the rules as they go along," he said.

While addressing a church congregation in Omaha, Nebraska, Hansen claims black cars began prowling the parking lot, helicopters appeared overhead, "the next thing I knew," he said, "I was in chains and they had changed my name to Fredrick Smith, heisted me off in the dead of night in a Lear jet, all at the expense of the taxpayer. They took me to an abandoned jail where I spent Good Friday and Easter Sunday. My wife couldn't find me, Congress couldn't find me, my attorney couldn't find me and the media couldn't find me. I was just a lost soul for several days while they had me strapped to a wall in an old jail."

"That's our government," the congressman added with a note of sadness.

The purpose of the aforementioned treatment, he claims, was to send him a message not to mess with their system. "They take you out on the road where you have no communication with anybody. You can't write, you can't call, you can't be called — you're lost" where no legal process can intervene. "They get away with it because it is also a form of transferring prisoners."

It could be effectively argued that "diesel therapy" is an ingenious method of blowing a very large hole in Article 1, Section 9 of the Constitution which says, "The privilege of the writ of habeas corpus shall not be suspended, unless when in cases of rebellion or invasion the public safety may require it." When a legal system does what Rep. Hansen claims was done to him, it has effectively abolished the "privilege of the writ of habeas corpus" which historically extends through the U.S. Constitution back in time to the Magna Carta, A.D. 1215.

"When they kill people out there, and they do, " Hansen continued, "and there are instances I'm thoroughly familiar with where they've killed people while they've been in transit — what they will do then is to take everyone who has witnessed the killing and scatter them throughout the huge jail system they run around the country so they can't communicate with one another. They then give themselves enough time for a court hearing to substantiate that the death was accidental."

After the Supreme Court declared Congressman Hansen innocent of any wrongdoing and that his case should never have been prosecuted, it still took the former legislator eight months to be released. When he applied to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco for the vacating of his sentence, and his release was imminent, the Justice Department, Hansen asserts, in one more bid to harass the former Congressman claimed, "'we think there are some technicalities you haven't looked at', and kept it going from May to Christmas. Then, the lower court judge decided, rather than to release me to travel on my own across the country to be present at a release hearing, which was nothing more than a proforma matter [administrative technicality], he had to jerk me around, put me back on "diesel therapy" and go back through the whole system again."

That lower court judge that Rep. Hansen claims made this final jab at him was Edward Lodge, the same judge against whom petitions for malfeasance of office are being presented to the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for, among other things, his alleged judicial mishandling of the Randy Weaver/Ruby Ridge affair......"

Such is the state of 'freedom' and 'democracy' in the 'Land of the Free' our kids are being blown apart for.

btw, the gentleman we know fought in Iraq. He know nows he was wrong to be there, and it is his opinion that they have more freedom over there than we do here.

sorry for the long post, but this has become one of the areas where I am committed to shine a light every chance I get....thanks again for giving me a jumping-off point.

This practice, by the way, would also cut down on recidivism – the convict is far more likely to return to crime if he finds that the honest world rejects him without giving him a fair shake.

thank you, Joshua Katz.

After all, it works so well in college admissions...

Sugarplum, cinnamon and lemon tart
tell you what they are right from the start
and your name, does the same for you. By coincidence...
