Because it's easier to repopulate the world with morons who won't question authority, than to control those who do.
It's about depopulation TTMA. To move to a one world gov. The plan calls to reduce earths population by 90%. Food, Air, Water, disease, famine, pandemics, hunger, war. Plan begins with taking out the educated. It's been going on for decades. The new slaves haven't a clue.
