The Chairman of Iowans for Tax Relief, Ed Failor, is a Senior Advisor to the McCain Campaign in Iowa. Everyone calling him should be aware of that. 563-288-3600 or 877-913-3600; Fax 563-264-2413;

If you click on the URL, it will give you all the contact information for all of the sponsors of this "debate."

We should ask them about the egregious banning of Ron Paul from the caucus.

Wonder what sort of stink McCain would raise if HE wasn't invited to a debate or two.

Funny. The list of invitees also leaves Giuliani and McCain out. Is that because they're skipping the straw poll in Iowa?

To reason, indeed, he was not in the habit of attending. His mode of arguing, if it is to be so called, was one not uncommon among dull and stubborn persons, who are accustomed to be surrounded by their inferiors. He asserted a proposition; and, as often as wiser people ventured respectfully to show that it was erroneous, he asserted it again, in exactly the same words, and conceived that, by doing so, he at once disposed of all objections. - Macaulay, "History of England," Vol. 1, Chapter 6, on James II.
