We are in a fight for saving our country and our Constitution and our way of life. Nothing on any computer forum can compare to the challenge(s) to save this country like Freedom4um. I do not understand why you continue to let the lowly scum to continue to infiltrate this forum, spewing the very words and deeds that we are trying to overcome to save our country and all that our Founding Fathers gave each and every one of us by putting their lives, fortunes, and even their loved ones at peril. These traitors like can of corn and badeye and some others need to be banished from posting their traitoristic, hatful garbage on this forum, once and for all. We are in the biggest, toughest, fight for our very existence. To continue to let them spew this hatred on Freedom4um would be like letting the enemy, and they are the enemy, infiltrate our military ranks and leave us at an even greater peril. This garbage needs to be thrown in the trash immediately (banned from Freedom4um now). The garbageman comes tomorrowand this garbage needs to be trashed. Send them back to jim and goldie where they really came from and where they would fit right in. We have a helluva up hill fight to save all that is precious to each and everyone of us patriotic members on Freedom4um. To continue coming over here and spewing their garbage unabated is tantamount to aiding and abetting the enemy. Send their sorry asses packing now unless you feel the fight we're in is just imaginary. Winning this war starts by cleaning our own house and getting rid of the trash and garbage first. If you feel I am wrong, just simply disregard my request and the same old business will continue. One lousy rotten apple can and usually spoils the whole barrel."

I suspect the prevailing sympathy of the members of 4um would be in agreement with Hound. On the opposite side of the coin there are good reasons to allow them to remain. To ban them would place 4um in the same category as other sites. To me that is worth more than any other consideration. Influencing politics via the internet is no different than MSM. Some if not all of these people are paid posters thus their value is minimal. More subtle are the ones that try to ingratiate themselves as "one of the boys". We have them here. Lastly and very importantly much is learned from and about these people, somewhat like a puzzle, a piece today, another tomorrow. Very telling.

The paid/professional posters are so blatant that it is easy to disregard and or ignore them. They have no ideology or philosophy, they parrot a set agenda day after day. Now, the subtle ones are the ones that are entertaining. Similar to a cat and mouse game, sooner or later the mouse errs and the cat pounces.

Very good. This country was given birth by a Revolution and we all have lived free for hundreds of years because of that bloody birth. Now that freedom is endangered and the sheep are asleep.
Actually, I think Hound and I are in the minority. I strongly agree with him. Results are what matters now, and saving the country, not elusive altruism and intellectualism. I say banish the traitors, regardless of whether they believe in their points of view. It's almost like allowing an outsider in your retreat after the SHTF. All it does is weaken our cause.

I agree totally with Hound or whomever wrote the piece. The owners have to be practical and realistic, weighing the benefits against the pitfalls. There is much to be gained by having your enemy in front of you rather than behind you.

I know this matter may be a ways off on this forum, but one of the problems I've experienced on LP is that 40 slots (and here only 20) for the bozo filter is simply not enough, given the "caliber" of many of the posters over there. FU has a "Hoffa Filter" which unlike the bozo filters of this site and LP's seems to have unlimited slots for ignoring the real assholes --- though it's hardly necessary on FU, there isn't enough traffic there yet. But it could become necessary here at some point. And as I've said is long overdue on LP. Neil, if you are still doing business with Goldi (software-wise) and the occasion to increase the number of bozo slots arises, this wold be a good thing. Or even better, to have unlimited filter slots as is the case on FU (which I realize you had no part in writing the software). Thanks.
I posted GoldiLicks years ago, when I stopped posting, that 40 slots wasn't enough and she said it was. That's when I knew I was on the WRONG forum.
Law Enforcement Against Prohibition I've had no communications with Goldi in the last 2 years or so. It's possible to have an unlimited bozo count. The software could be modified to work that way. Didn't think it would be needed when it was designed.
