Title: Workers (illegals protesting) Get Soaked by Pulte Homes!

this is the commentary on You Tube:

"The video shows Pulte representatives out of control—frustrated at workers demonstrating at construction sites within their developments. Pulte Homes then assaults them with high-pressure water from Pulte water trucks. As the housing market continues to sink in Florence and the rest of the metropolitan area, Pulte Homes dropped its good guy image when it came to the workers who build their homes.

Workers demanding justice from Pulte Homes' construction subcontractors were shocked when the well-know homebuilder began directing its water truck drivers to repeatedly douse workers with high-pressure water. Workers, with dripping clothes and soggy shoes, maintained their calm and continued their peaceful demonstration even as they counted up to 16 separate water assaults in one day. Israel Hernandez, a painter who worked on hundreds of Pulte/Del Webb homes in the Phoenix area, paused while wiping water from the video camera lens, remarking, "This wasn't what we meant when we ask for drinking water on the job site." (more) "

Get used to it. This is CORPORATIONS RULE law. Do not interfere with commerce, worker-bee.

Get used to it.

Hmmm, let's see here...

People trespassing on private property refuse to leave. Property owner gets annoyed and ejects them.

Actually, that's how it should be - unless you think breaking and entering is a virtue.

Ummm. Interesting. Workers trespassing. How does that work? Curious, you know.

And if you note the man who said the words I quoted, he is stated to have worked on hundreds of homes, so I doubt that he is illegal. And if he is, there are existing laws about that, as I recall, which include fines, if applicable, and deportation PLUS, if they are enforced, fines for the company hiring him.

I also have a nephew (my wife's) working house construction in Arizona. Been there 10 years, married to a Latino from the states, completely legal and been that way for many years. So, this ain't all about illegals, thank you.

It seems to me that the issues go beyond what everyone here is stating, and, PROBABLY revolve around Pulte wanting to use more (cheaper) illegals now because of slumping home sales.

Of course, everyone probably better get used to THAT.

The workers are not the owners of the property. If they're launching a protest, the owner has the absolute right to tell them to get lost or restrict their access to the job site. The employer also has the right to issue worksite rules detailing what employees can and cannot do on the worksite.

Its pretty cut-and-dried.

You'll note I'm not even bothering to address the immigration status of the workers; this is simply a property rights issue coupled with the employer's authority to regulate the activities of the employees.

A protest on a construction site is easily deemed "unsafe" and 'protesting' employees may be ejected for simple safety concerns.

Alright. I'll buy that. I still like the quote though! I'm still laughing about it.

This wasn't what we meant when we ask for drinking water on the job site."

And I am thinking back to the post on 4um the other day where it was explained how a law firm had produced a video on how to hire green card workers, while refusing to hire Americans for the same work. Americans who they would have to pay more too.

And in what I am seeing, and after all of the adds I have seen down here about LOTTERY FOR 50,000 GREEN CARDS THIS MONTH!, I still think that what this is about is Pulte looking to cut costs by bringing in more illegal and/or green card workers at lower pay.

Just as the immigration action currently in the Senate is all about the same thing;

Oh I know all about that. Its just one of the cycles the US goes through.

It generally goes like this, historically:
Large Wave of Immigration -> Resentment + Economic downturn -> Restrictions -> Time Passes -> Open Borders again -> Wash, rinse, repeat.

We're at the "Resentment + Downturn" phase of it right now. This same thing was played out in the 1920s after the "Great Wave" - and before that, in the 1800s.

Today is no different. It will end up playing out the same way as it has in the past.

Nope, not this time, me thinks. See also;

Importing Poverty: Immigration and Poverty in the United States

THE UNITED STATES POPULATION IN TRANSITION

Then, we have these;

veteran, hardcore Marxists organized the May 1st immigration protests and boycotts.

Dialectics, or, how to destroy America

Dialectics and Marxism

And after you read the one about veteren, hardcore Marxists, try this quote;

"Today, America would be outraged if UN troops entered Los Angeles to restore order. Tomorrow they will be grateful! This is especially true if they were told that there were an outside threat from beyond, whether real or promulgated, that threatened our very existence. It is then that all peoples of the world will plead to deliver them from this evil. The one thing every man fears is the unknown. When presented with this scenario individual rights will be willingly relinquished for the guarantee of their well-being granted to them by the World Government." Henry Kissinger

I think that Zionist-Marxist such as Kissinger know exactly what is going on and where America is headed.

Similar groups of people have been around for each cycle.

The key to remember is that things are cyclical and trend toward that.

When the cycle breaks is when revolutions occur. I don't think this one will go quite that far, but I do think that it will follow past cycles. This one may lead to actual violence as it has in the past, but I don't think it will quite go to revolution levels.

Large Forces were arrayed in the past and eventually the masses forced the appropriate changes to make the cycle go. I do not think that the Marxists will prevail. They'll be exposed long before then and brought to heel - violence may also be a part, as it has been in the past - thus correcting the imbalances.

I do not think that the Marxists will prevail.

Ummmm. You are aware of the following, then?

On October 3, 2001, I.A.P. News reported that according to Israel Radio (in Hebrew) Kol Yisrael an acrimonious argument erupted during the Israeli cabinet weekly session last week between Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon and his foreign Minister Shimon Peres. Peres warned Sharon that refusing to heed incessant American requests for a cease-fire with the Palestinians would endanger Israeli interests and "turn the US against us. Sharon reportedly yelled at Peres, saying "don't worry about American pressure, we the Jewish people control America."

"The Israelis control the policy in the congress and the senate." -- Senator Fullbright, Chair of Senate Foreign Relations Committee: 10/07/1973 on CBS' "Face the Nation".

"Some call it Marxism I call it Judaism." (The American Bulletin, Rabbi S. Wise, May 5, 1935).

"The Communists are against religion (Christianity), and they seek to destroy religion; yet, when we look deeper into the nature of Communism, we see that it is essential nothing else than a religion (Judaism)." (A Program for the Jews and Humanity, Harry Waton, p. 138).

"The Jews welcome this revolution in the Christian world...It is not an accident that Judaism gave birth to Marxism, and it is not an accident that the Jews readily took up Marxism: all this was in perfect accord with the progress of Judaism and the Jews." (A Program for the Jews and Humanity, by Rabbi Harry Waton, p. 148).

"It was only after World War II that immigration law was drastically changed...In one of the first pieces of evidence of its political coming of age, the Jewish community had a leadership role in effecting those changes." (Earl Raab, Jewish Bulletin, July 23, 1993, p. 17)

The 'abolition of racial exclusiveness,' which has (also) been official U.S. Government policy since 1945, was, quite simply, the Jewish Marxist goal of planned genocide of the White Race, because the White Race remained the only possible opposition to the total domination of the world by international Jewish Marxism. No African or Asiatic nation has ever mounted a successful counter-revolution against a Communist regime, nor have they ever desired to. (Cincinnatus, Foreword, War! War! War!)

So in what you are saying, you are aware of these specific things, right? And this is why the quote from Kissinger is so telling.

So in what you are saying, you are aware of these specific things, right?

Yes, and I don't see it as derailing the cycle. If anything, the push against 'religion' will cause a revival as it did in the 1800s when the Campbellites, Southern Baptists, Mormons, Seventh Day Adventists, Jehovah's Witnesses, et al were formed.

Its axiomatic in the US. The more one pushes, the more resistance one eventually finds until there is a backlash. Thus, Preacher's Kids and Police Officers' Kids are usually the worst of the lot.

As an aside, Marxism only succeeds when the vast majority of people have reached a state of "We have nothing more to lose/Never had anything to begin with."

It is far too early for that to arrive in the US. An attempt to strike *now* would be met with resistance. In 20-30 years, the time might be right, but today is simply too early.

Critical Mass in the US simply has not been reached as of yet.

Excellent points, I will agree, and well articulated.

And if it were not for what is going on in Washington, DC, and the Decider, I would be more inclined to agree with you.

I admit to having doubts, however, about the timing, giving the increased pressure from foreign sources, lack of food production in America, increased levels of debt, and falling standard of living. Too many things going on for there not to be some source of smoke somewhere. And, there is no question as to the ability of the Federal Reserve, a Zionist organization if there ever was one, to completely shut the states down in a manner of days if THEY decide it should be done.

And, when you couple that with the extreme levels of illness in the soldiers that have served overseas, with estimates saying that as many as half of them may be seriously to terminally ill, well, you COULD get the idea that the intent behind much of this is the destruction of Americas ability to defend itself, as well as preventing most Americans from being able to feed themselves without government intervention.

Personally, I hope you are right. But I am still moving forward with plans to be able to produce a majority of my own food within the next two years.

This is going to be one where we're viewing things at variance with each other.

I don't see the Fed or the Decider destroying things because they would obliterate a good chunk of their own assets as well.

IMO, their own greed will prevent them from doing so and will instead cause them to keep things going.

Good on you for self-sufficiency. My plans are along the same lines; I put together a "survive anything for a year" kit some time ago. Next up is some nice forest land out in the boonies that will double as an "I'm tired of people" retreat.

The cities are easily controlled. The countryside, where most 'fun' things end up taking place, is not so easily controlled.
