Bill Benson and my friend Martin J. "Red" Beckman went to the 48 state houses to obtain certified copies of the 16th amendment ratification by the states.

Red told me that when they spread the record before the 9th circuit, the court said "This is a political issue on which we cannot rule!" and ordered the steno not to transcribe the hearing.

And there my friends, is the proof that the govt is in rebellion against the chains of the constitution that supposedly bind them, and these judges may be hanged because of the evidence, their own hand signatures ordering seizures and incarcerations for "tax criminals".

I believe the 16th Ammendment was never Constitutionally ratified.

Nevertheless, the Pollack decision that prompted the 16th-Non-Ammendment to be issued for ratification by the States did not in fact declare the income tax Unconstitional. Instead, it declared that taxing income derived from property (rents, royalties, interest, capital gains) as Unconstitional. An income tax on wages and salaries was ruled to be Constitutional before the 16th Ammendment was Unconstitutionally "ratified," and that would still be the case were the fraud officially recognized.
