Yesterday morning, I had to turn on the heat in the car as I was driving to work. The temp was in the low 50's, which was a couple of degrees higher than the previous days when we had high 40's overnight. The high climbed into the 60's and we had anything from mid 60's to low 70's over the past couple of weeks. The forecast calls for the same for the next couple of days. So... what is this? It seems to be the coldest, freeziest summer in memory. I mean... it's JULY peoples.
Time to emit lots of CO2 to reverse the trend. Right? I'll be turning on the car and let it run in neutral for a while to do my part. The other day, I got an invitation from a neighbor. They are planning to burn the tree they just cut and chopped. That's set for July 14. I hope it's not too late.
Is anyone else freezing this summer? I'm in Pennsylvania, the Pocono region. We should have had 80's and 90's by now.
Oh, and what's the story with them hurricanes, El La Nina... Do I need to build a polar bear fence around my house or what?
