I can't figure out how to copy and post this - it's a PDF. it seems the judge is saying probation follows a prison term, and without a prison term there won't be probation???? unless I'm reading it wrong (highly possible)

oh no, I'm sure that pardon will be granted. this just seemed to say that commuting the jail time eliminated the probation as well, which bush, legal scholar that he is, specifically said it did not do.
