U.S. SECRET SERVICE VISITS HAL TURNER SHOW WEB SITE "COMMENTER"
"Ambiguous" comment in visitor comment area prompts 3 hour visit

Central New Jersey -  As regular visitors to "The Hal Turner Show" web site will recall, the Immigration Reform Bill
was a huge story and this web site played a key role in defeating that Bill.

Part of the effort to defeat the Bill came on Wednesday, 27, 2007 when I decided to start playing hardball with defiant U.S. Senators
who dared to resurrect the Immigration Reform Bill just two weeks after public outcry caused the Bill to be "pulled" from consideration.

During my regular radio show on Wednesday, June 27, I publicly released the names, home addresses and home telephone numbers of  the sixty-four (64) U.S. Senators who voted to resurrect the Bill.  Within minutes, those 64 Senators started getting phone calls -
at home - from angry citizens detailing exactly what they thought of the Bill and what might happen to any Senator who defied the Public by voting in favor of it again!  

The next day, at least eighteen U.S. Senators changed their vote and the Immigration Reform Bill was finally killed.

WHAT TO DO ABOUT THE 46 DEFIANT SENATORS?

Over the course of the next few days, questions were raised about what the public should do about the 46 U.S. Senators who
had defied the Public a second time by voting in favor of the Immigration Bill.  Some of us believed that was an issue best
left to voters in upcoming elections.  Others rightly observed that if the 46 defiant Senators weren't confronted, their arrogance
could spread like a cancer and affect other Senators, possibly emboldening those others to defy the Public.

In light of this fact, on Sunday, July 1, I re-released a modified list of the 46 remaining defiant Senators and opined about people
 "Facing-Off with 46 on The Fourth" meaning the 4th of July.

Under each story on The Hal Turner Show web site is a link to an off-site, third party comment area where visitors to the site
can post their thoughts. Those comments do not reside on The Hal Turner Show server. 

 One such visitor who commented was "Clean Harry" who posted the following about one of his Senators:

One is going to be at a quasi public outing with ME. I have scoped out the open venue and have my position set. Body guards or not, she can't survive. The hammer comes down Wednesday afternoon.

The post was made on  07.02.07  at 3:06 am, a full two days BEFORE the fourth of July.   You can view it in its original, unedited form HERE. 

The comment seemed to indicate that "Clean Harry" was going to do something at a quasi public event on the Fourth of July and his statement about "The hammer comes down Wednesday afternoon" could reasonably be interpreted to mean the hammer of a gun.

Wednesday, the Fourth of July came and went without incident to any U.S. Senator.

JULY 5:  THE KNOCK AT THE DOOR

On Thursday, July 5, 2007 at around 1:15 in the afternoon, "Clean Harry" got a knock at the door of his central New Jersey home.  Outside were two Agents from the United States Secret Service and one Police Officer from his local community.  They wanted to talk with him abbot his posting.

They asked Harry his real name. 

They had a form with the federal Miranda warning and 3 places to sign.  Harry told them he would not sign the first two places but he might sign the third.  They didn't like that.

The Agents told Harry they "got their marching orders at the Atlantic City Secret Service Office at 1:00 this morning" and have been tracking him down since then!

Harry asked "Why would the Secret Service have an office in Atlantic City?"  They responded "Counterfeiting.  A lot of people try to pass counterfeit bills in the Casinos." 

The Agents then produced a print out of the Hal Turner Show story and the Hal-O-Scan visitor comments area for that story.  They told Harry they read the story, all the comments and wanted put his response "in context."

First, they asked if the particular comment was written by him.  Harry answered "Yes."

The asked "What did you mean by it?"  and  further asked  "are you threatening  one of their protectees, Hillary Clinton? 
Harry replied "No.  She's a good White, Christian woman, why would I hurt her?"  (Editors note:  When Harry told me this, I almost gagged at the ballsy, smug cynicism of such an answer!  What a ploy to pull the rug out from under them!)

The agents then told Harry they wanted to search his house.  Harry asked "why?"  and they said to look for weapons and his computer.  Harry declined to allow  a search.

They then started schmoozing him for 15-20 minutes, "if you have nothing to hide, why not let us search your house?"  Harry still refused a search. 

Harry told me that throughout this visit, one of them kept running off to the side of the house to talk to someone by cell phone.  In fact, the local police officer who was also there, received a telephone call on his cell phone for the Secret Service guys!

After Harry refused to allow a search the third time, they got tough and told him "If we have to get a Search Warrant, it's not going to be just for your house, we'll search your kids houses and even your employers premises too.  We'll tear it all  apart."
 Harry got pissed off at this overt attempt to intimidate him.  He replied "Do what you have to do."

Harry then asked "Am I under arrest? They answered "No."  Harry asked "Am I being detained?  They answered "No."

It was clear no matter what Harry said, they weren't going to leave the house until they got an answer from the lawyers at the US Dept. of Justice about a Search Warrant.

Next, the Secret Service agents went through a lengthy form - the kind of stuff a person is asked as they're going to jail:  Height, weight, eye color, hair color, do you have any scars, any tattoos.  Then they asked some questions of a psychiatric nature such as "Do you hear voices?"

Next, they asked him about his vehicles.  Pointing to the car in his driveway, they asked Harry " Is that your car?"  He replied "No, I borrowed it."  They then asked  Do you own a car?  What's the License #.  They also asked to see driver license.  Harry declined to answer everything.

Next, they zeroed-in on his computer.  "Can we come into your house, download and mirror your hard drive right now?"  Harry said "No."  They asked "Why?" and Harry replied, because that gets you into my house.  I don't want you in my house.

They then asked "Would you give us your computer so we can take it to an office in Philadelphia for analysis and we PROMISE to have it back to you tomorrow morning?'  Harry laughed and said "I've read newspaper stories about you guys.  You promise to do something then five years later, people are still suing you to do what you promised."  Harry would not turn over his computer.

Finally, three hours and five minutes after they arrived, they said "we can't get a search warrant" and they left.

HARRY THINKS IT THROUGH

According to Harry, he believes the feds utilized his Credit Report in their efforts to track him down.  They had been to his daughters house earlier that day.  His daughter rents an apartment in north Jersey, but Harry's name is on the Lease there and that address is on his credit report.

Next, they had gone to his main residence in another town, which is also on his credit report.

They finally showed up at his weekend residence where the visit above took place and from which the posting was made!

Had the feds called the ISP they would have come directly to his weekend place, but they didn't  

This leads Harry to believe they made extensive use of his credit report -- something the rest of us may wish to think about for the future.

I asked Harry for any advice he wanted to give others.  He replied: "Stand your ground.  Don't be afraid."

Harry also observed they  "got their marching orders at the Atlantic City Secret Service Office at 1:00 this morning" which was the morning of July 5 . . . . . a full day AFTER the alleged "threat" would  have been carried out! 


HAL TURNER COMMENTARY

Think about Harry's last observation:  A full day late.  The most presitigous protective unit of the most powerful government on this planet didn't respond to a "threat" for a full three days after it was allegedly made and a full day AFTER it would have been carried out!?!?!?!?!    

Adding insult to injury, it still took them a full thirteen hours to find the guy they were looking for.  A guy who is 100% law -abiding, fully registered in every aspect of "the system." 

Imagine if they were looking for a lone wolf who operates "off the grid?" 

These facts cast significant and serious doubt upon the effectiveness of the US Secret Service; something for all of us to bear in mind for future reference.  It appears quite clear that the protection they provide isn't anything near what we all thought it was!

***** BREAKING NEWS ***** 9 July 2007 -- 12:17 PM EDT FEDS RETURN WITH SEARCH WARRANT TO HOME OF "CLEAN HARRY" ARRIVED AT HIS CENTRAL NEW JERSEY HOME ABOUT 45 MINUTES AGO, TEARING THROUGH EVERYTHING THE FEDERAL SEARCH WARRANT WAS SIGNED BY U.S. MAGISTRATE Toni-Anne Bongiovanni in Newark, NJ! The Secret Service Agents who visited "Clean Harry" at home on Friday, and who spoke to that 60 year old man for three hours to ask what he meant by comments he posted in the Visitor Comment Area of the Hal Turner Show Web . . . . . returned at 11:00 this morning, armed with a Search Warrant.

The team of federal agents from the Secret Service office in Atlantic City arrived at the central New Jersey Home of "Clean Harry" at around 11:00 AM. So far, they have seized all his computers, software printers, routers, DSL router/modem.

A SECOND search team from the Joint Terrorism Task Force in Newark, NJ arrived at around 11:45 AM, This second team and has begun going through any books, binders ledgers, notepads and the like.

The raid is happening now. RIGHT NOW. Despite the fact that the posting made by Clean Harry did NOT name Hillary Clinton as a target and the ambigous comments in that posting did not take place on the day mentioned in the posting!

Indicates these things have to go up a chain of command at gov't worker speed...I wouldn't be surprised to find out a private org is consulted or has a final say if a writ is to be carried out.

Her submissive attitude post-arrest is what's frightening...she should be mad as screaming hell...calling for the cop AND his superiors to lose their damn jobs, and to collect a nice fat settlement from the city that allows these morons to patrol their streets. Then raise the taxes on the jackass citizens to pay for the settlement...then maybe the citizens will be a little more vigilant in the future.

What purpose does it serve?
