I'd keep the truck. I almost sold my old van last summer and now I'm really glad I didn't. I seem to use it about once a week for hauling something or camping. I just have liability on it and that doesn't cost much. Less that renting a truck a couple of times a year.

If its not your primary vehicle it will last the rest of your life and you'll always be glad you have it. I just spent a thousand bucks having my old van rebuilt with this in mind. I never drive it now except when I need a truck.

We must have one ton or more of useless books, dollies (whatever they are), assorted crappola, cerramic clown figurines not to mention just plain ole garbage that SIL accumulated from her ill starred life in the house her hopeful parents bot her.

Now her utterly dispicable 24 yo son is living there for free, ignoring his six yo son, (educated by the TV) trying to kill himself with pharmas. Some stolen from his grandmothers pain pills.

My wife and I were there yesterday and today loading their crapploa out of the house, scrubbing the counters, priming and painting the exterior of the house and soon the interior, the son's bedroom is court's evidence of mental illness, smells of garbage, IS GARBAGE, AND>>>>>>>>>>> I find a bag with about 15 playstation games in it, but he has no money.

And as we were there cleaning up the rats nest they have created over twenty years, he comes in . lights a cig opens a beer and says hes going to the river, cause it's too hot to do anything.

Yes we are sweating like fountians, and off he goes.

Still have a house to paint. Seems we should do a blog together.

i'm the opposite of a packrat. in fact, if i'm not using it today, it goes in the trash. it's really gotten me into trouble a number of times with my husband. he says i've thrown away half of his net worth and that he's spent half his life digging through our trashcans trying to retrieve his stuff. i can't tell you how many times whatever it is is under coffee grounds. every time he can't find something now, i panic. :P

Easy joke, but for real my nephew's room is... well I would be happier cleaning toilets in a New Orleans Greyhound terminal.

The next funeral is likely to be his. Or mine from something I catch from cleaning his room while he's partying at the lake.

Egads that's me. I just bot some paint roller extentions to paint the house when I drive to the house and Dear Wife is oblivously throwing roller extentions in the trash.

Gad I spend so much time digging around in the garbage cans after DW straightens up the house.

oh and another one took me to a very upscale restaurant..at first i was impressed.. I mentioned that they had a very nice lobster bisque .. well we sat down ..first we got a nice bottle of wine.and then he said...lets order hor dourves .. well he ordered: crab dip, scallops, mussels and another (I dont recall what it was) TONS of food.. I told him oh gosh I cant eat all this..!! then he ordered the lobster bisque. I said this is too much..~ .. then to the entree.. I told him.. there is plenty of food here..I dont want an entree.. He then ordered us both an entree.. it was UNREAL the table was loaded with food.. He then asked for a box to take home the leftovers. I thought good lord.. but it gets better .. he scraped all the food.. into several boxes AND then he scraped MY PLATE into a box for himself! Then the check came and it turned out he had free dinners there b/c they had messed up an order he had there previously.. he only wanted to give the waitress a $5 tip!! Needless to say.. that was my first and only date with him as well.. gawd.

My husband cleaned the garage and found a bunch of tools he had lost and rebought. Now he has at least 3 of everything and I think the paint roller count is up to 5.
