I just ran across this ad on monster.com today. I have never seen a display of such open racism for a job in the USA in my entire life. Note that this company is headquartered out of Delaware, not India. This is one story of blatant racism that you will never see on the mainstream news media. Please feel free to give Mr. Patel a piece of your mind.

A year or so ago, there were a couple of news articles about how some of the job agencies only send out H1-b's for job interviews. And many of the H1-b's had fake degrees and fake experience.

Experienced, accredited, degreed American engineers and IT programmers languish by the phone and the computer hunting for work; end up working part-time at Home Depot; being told they are overqualified; end up (in some cases) rejoining the military, being sent to Iraq; while the industry and corporations that Americans built, greedily and unpatriotically reach across the globe for 3rd-world servants willing to work for less. From the same countries that the US taxpayer has been sending foreign aid to for decades. Now we must step aside and give them our nice homes and nice jobs.

That's America today.

I was watching a show lst night about a furniture company in N.Y. which has been growing by leaps and bounds.

The owner of the company openly admitted that they only hire foreigners who have been relocated here by the government.

Americans need not apply.

Companies that are looking for H1b visa workers are primarily interested in getting an indentured servant. They know they can treat them like crap and make them work endless hours of overtime and they can’t do anything about it if they want to stay in America.

According to US law, H1B visa holders are required to have at least a bachelor’s degree. Also companies are required to recruit Americans first before hiring H1B visa holders.

The company that put this ad out is obviously not even pretending to recruit Americans first. I think they are in violation of the current H1B visa laws, but I seriously doubt they will ever be prosecuted over it.

Tom Ridge is responsible for them making a killing selling all that duct tape he encouraged people to buy to seal their homes incase of a chemical or biological attack. He had to be rewarded somehow.
