this 'family jewels' document only tells a very small portion of the story. There were 2 local police departments, 1 in California 1 in Florida, that caught them doing the mind-control programs. and it involved pedophilia, very powerful abuse of children. This document is like an innoculation to get us to accept them doing evil.

If you read the science articles in say, the Economist, and read between the lines with awareness of this program, there are some really scary implications moving "forward" from MKULTRA.
