Title: Should buckeroo be returned to the site?

Since BAC left the site has been operating without a designated kook.

A former LP member has recently come over and tried to appoint himself as site kook, but his performance has been so lackluster that few people have noticed him. Not only does he have to tell people how smart he is, but apparently he also has to tell people how outrageous he is. Sad. I hope he didn't quit his day job.

I suggest we bring back buckeroo for a second round. Buckeroo knew how to be a kook without becoming offensive as Ponchy did or becoming obnoxious like BAC.

I would appreciate any feedback on this suggestion.

When it's obvious that an individual is here with an agenda meant to do harm to this forum or its members and not in a good faith effort to earnestly debate and discuss issues, then they should be banned. Since 4um's inception, there have been very few who have met that criteria and all of them were given ample time before the decision was made.

Even if they fill the Kook slot? I have seen Buck act less then kookish, but he still is just chatting up a storm with nothing to do with the issue or story at hand.

If he is let backin to be a token kook, the entertainment value should be enough to consider the lad a being worth his salt... and tequila.

It would be a shame to be stuck with Brer as the site kook. I don't think he has the wits for the job. His list five insult posts have basically all said the same thing.

Thell me about it. Boring, the guy is in a rut. He's been calling me a "stinky cat" for ages, which doesn't discribe a mustilid like a stink weasel well, to say the least.

We should allow Buckeroonie back in and give bunnie butt to him as an apprentice. To do it right we need to fly him to Buckeroonie land to learn how to stick Franklins in G strings with his two remaining front teeth all the while muttering how Christine is out to destroy 'Merica' and the Internet, and other things near and dear to his perma-tweaked mind.

If kooks were as lame as this long earred, small balled wonder, the Internet forum world would of never left the USENET cradle. Buck would have a serious challenge on his hand teaching this furball how to dance through a forum with the panache of a drunk 16 year old driving over cars during rush hour any eity U.S.A. in an M1 tank.

We could dub him the Tonto of the Liberace of the Internet. I'm sure we could get Ward Churchill to give him lesons in how to simulate Indianess enough for this role if we have to.

I think JT should have some input as he was the target of buck's wrath, it seemed to me an envy problem over JT having been a NYC cop. Some people are like that, oddly, but JT handled it well and shrugged it off and took it for what it was, or seemed to.
