Communications trucks will soon blanket the state

5/14/2005, 6:56 a.m. ET
The Associated Press

CHILLICOTHE, Ohio (AP) ? Within the next month, the first of 11 mobile communications trucks will be stationed around Ohio to assist law enforcement agencies during emergencies.

The diesel-powered trucks each cost $440,000. They were paid for with federal Homeland Security Act grants.

The vehicles are expected to help police and other officials communicate and better respond to flooding, ice storms, tornadoes, major crashes, terrorist attacks or other disasters.

They give law-enforcement officials the ability to access the Internet, fax, copy, print digital photographs and, maybe most important, put officials from across the state on the same radio frequencies so they can easily communicate. There is a conference room in the truck, and space for a crime lab.

The first 9-ton truck will be based in Ross County and should be ready to work by June 6.

"You're looking at the cutting edge of technology sitting right here," Ross County Sheriff Ron Nichols said Friday as law enforcement agencies unveiled the trucks.

The 10 other trucks are expected to be operating by the end of the year. Once they are in place, nearly 97 percent of Ohio's population will be within 50 miles of a truck, officials said.

During disasters, counties now go through the Emergency Management Agency for assistance, and must navigate red tape to get it. With the new trucks, counties can call their truck's base and expect help within an hour or two ? saving what could be precious time.

"I can't stress enough the value of something like this regionally," said Nancy Dragani, director of Ohio's EMA.

Heads up Ohio!

Somehow I find this less comforting than I'm supposed to.

FEMA has their largest internment camp in Ohio so that makes sense.

This will be everywhere, and the camps are scattered all across the country also.

like people traveling without National ID card, failing to wear seatbelts, or helmets on motorcycles, or failing to maintain up to date emissions tax stickers, or "right to own a vehicle" tax stickers...

...or hoarding fuel and food. Or refusing to take the vaccination. Or evading the quarantine orders. Or bartering with their neighbors. Or making unauthorized communications.

PENNSYLVANIA Allenwood - Federal prison camp located south of Williamsport on the Susquehanna River. It has a current inmate population of 300, and is identified by William Pabst as having a capacity in excess of 15,000 on 400 acres.

I'm familiar with that one. It's about 25 miles due north of me and it's a big son of a bitch. It was built about 15 years ago and it's heavily guarded. There's a housing complex for the guards and if anyone accidentally enters they are surrounded and given an escort. That happened to a friend of mine who got lost on his motorcycle and wandered in. He told me he was scared to death when they surrounded him.

Yep. While going through my dad's stuff a few months back, I found a nearly twenty year old copy of OVK 2000 from Officer McLamb...when I asked my father why he'd never given us a head's up on this stuff, he said it was the sort of thing that everyone had to wake up to, in their own time.

I told him I wished that he'd at least given me the magazine to read for myself...

Here's something interesting of note...

Do you know who passed all those executive orders listed on that site???

John F. Kennedy, Lyndon Baines Johnson, and Gerald R. Ford.

Yeah, those three guys. Now, when I look at this shit, It's scarier than I first thought. This country is going to be brought down, from within, from the top. A holocaust is about to be played out before us.

So where the hell were these guys 30 years ago? Where were these guys 20 years ago? Where were these guys 4 years ago???

Yeah, like they're going to be able to do a goddamned thing. I have NO FAITH IN HUMANITY. NOT ONE FUCKING SHRED OF FAITH FOR MY FELLOW HUMAN BEINGS, BECAUSE THEY'RE NOT HUMAN. THEY ARE SHEEP.

WASHINGTON Seattle/Tacoma - SeaTac Airport: fully operational federal transfer center Okanogan County - Borders Canada and is a site for a massive concentration camp capable of holding hundreds of thousands of people for slave labor. This is probably one of the locations that will be used to hold hard core patriots who will be held captive for the rest of their lives. Sand Point Naval Station - Seattle - FEMA detention center used actively during the 1999 WTO protests to classify prisoners. Ft. Lewis / McChord AFB - near Tacoma - This is one of several sites that may be used to ship prisoners overseas for slave labor.

Oh no. I've been hearing about these camps, wondering if it's true and whether there is evidence that they really exist. The thought did cross my mind that perhaps if they do exist they would be used for slave labor as our country is presently being looted and all sorts of dishonest and malicious deals are being made. The true unemployment rate is very high, and there will be too many useless eaters. Since our current govt has no concern for our citizens at this point, I've thought they might one day put people in camps for purposes of slave labor. This is the first time I've actually seen it in words.

It could make lots of money for the govt and their buddies and since money has now taken the place of God this could be a very likely scenario. I just hope this whole camp thing is false, however I suspect it's not.

That's "Relocation Camps":

*******************

From Lew Rockwell

Although many Americans are aware of the World War II imprisonment of West Coast Japanese Americans in relocation centers, few know of the smaller internment camps operated by the Immigration and Naturalization Service. Under the authority of the Department of Justice, the INS directed about twenty such facilities. Texas had three of them, located at Seagoville, Kenedy, and Crystal City. Prisoners included Japanese Americans arrested by the FBI, members of Axis nationalities residing in Latin-American countries, and Axis sailors arrested in American ports after the attack on Pearl Harbor. About 3,000 Japanese, Germans, and Italians from Latin America were deported to the United States, and most of them were placed in the Texas internment camps. Twelve Latin-American countries gave the United States Department of State custody of the Axis nationals. Eighty percent of the prisoners were from Peru, and about 70 percent were Japanese. The official reasons for the deportations were to secure the Western Hemisphere from internal sabotage and to provide bartering pawns for exchange of American citizens captured by Japan. However, the Axis nationals were often deported arbitrarily as a result of racial prejudice and because they provided economic competition for the other Latin Americans, not because they were a security threat. Eventually, very few Japanese ever saw Latin America again, although some Germans and Italians were returned to their Latin American homes. The majority of Texas internment-camp prisoners were Axis nationals from Latin America. . . .

As much as I'd like to say that this is internet bs, it is not. You can check it out in the AK, or if you can, come down to the TX and we can show them to you here. Really, really close to Austin.

Probably in the same way that an AWACS is cutting edge technology with respect to airplanes.

Outstanding observation: plus, they're making tons of jack on all the poisons, vaccines, medicines, etc that we ingest on an ever increasing basis.

Cheers, CS.

Assuming it's factual, it must be awaiting the "Bird Flu Pandemic,' which has killed at least 80 people, over the face of the earth, in the last three years. (Huh?) Doesn't that just scare the shit out of you?

The one to watch is the "emergency health powers" laws.

Look up "MEHPA" in your search engine & see how the Gestapo will operate.
