There is a very interesting inconsistency being considered on the thread above.

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2001/09/12/AR2005033108366.html

Another Pentagon employee, a 37-year-old Marine major, said he was at a meeting in the innermost A Ring when he heard a thud and felt the building shudder. He and his colleagues rushed to help rescue people from an area that appeared most heavily damaged, the B Ring between corridors 4 and 5.

http://a188.g.akamaitech.net/f/188/920/5m/...p01/attack.html

A 38-year-old Marine major who asked to remain anonymous said he and dozens of his colleagues rushed to the area in the Pentagon that appeared most heavily damaged -- the B ring between the 4th and 5th corridors.

"From two-star army generals to marine officers to navy medics .‚.‚. everybody helped," he said.

He said he was part of a make-shift rescue crew that tried to pulled out a civilian who was pinned by fallen pipes and other debris. As the hot, thick, black smoke built up, the men passed wet t-shirts to one another and removed debris piece-by-piece in assembly-line fashion.

"It took 30 men, 30 minutes to get just that one guy to the door 15 feet away," he said, adding that the man was cut and bruised but not seriously injured.

The major said that hundreds of people worked in the B-ring area and that it was "decimated .‚.‚. that heat and fire, it could eat you alive in three seconds."

My comments:

Since it would have been physically impossible for Flight 77 to cause this reported damage to the B ring, the questions that need answering are:

Was there in fact significant damage to the B ring?

If there was, what caused the damage?

The people in the center had no way of assessing the damage to the building, which was substantial. The aircraft hit next to the Pentagon heliport at ground level. The plane was moving in excess of 400 miles per hour, officials said, and it sliced into the building almost to the B Ring. The fuel aboard the 757 exploded, and flame-specked black clouds enveloped that area of the five-sided building.

You need to take a look at this eyewitness testimony from Robert Andrews, the Asst Director of the DOD for Special Operations on 9-11. He was next door to the auditors when he heard a bomb go off 3 1/2 minutes before Flight 77 was alleged to have hit the building. http://johnmccarthy90066.t ripod.com/id206.html

Skydrifter has a website with info on the timeline. He said he and other pilots tried to simulate the final approach of Flight 77 to the Pentagon but not one pilot could do in a state of the art simulator what the government claims a failed Cessna pilot did. We have other observers who say there is not sufficient plane wreckage at the site for a 757. I have not seen Skydrifter post here in awhile. http://home.comcast.net/~skyd rifter/exp.htm

On 9-10-2001 Rumsfeld admitted that 2.3 trillion dollars was missing from DOD spending. The bomb that went off 3 1/2 minutes before the plane hit the building killed the auditors tracing the missing money. Dov Zakheim, the Comptroller of the DOD on 9-11, had worked at a company that made devices that controlled A-3 Sky Warriors remotely. For more info on the money missing from DOD and HUD go Catherine Austin Fitts' website. She used to be the managing partner at Dillon Read. http://www.solari.c om/learn/articles_missingmoney.htm

On 9-11 Dick Cheney was in the presence of Norm Minetta when he was repeatedly asked if the order still stands by a young aide who would say 30 minutes out, then 25 minutes out. The order was to allow what the Pentagon claimed to be Flight 77 to hit the Pentagon. Cheney knew that a bomb was going to explode inside the Pentagon and that he needed a plane to reach its target to cover up the murder of the DOD auditors.

Shortly after 2:00 pm, our first task was to stand by outside the B ring while the Arlington Fire Department attempted to make entry to the first floor between corridors 4 and 5. The fire was too intense and the crew quickly retreated.

Families Remember An Anniversary
By Gale Curcio
September 5, 2002

“It will be a pretty somber day.”

This thought by Margaret (Nubi) Zielinski seems to sum up the thoughts of most people as the anniversary of Sept. 11 looms ahead. Her office was located on the fifth floor of the B Ring - right next to where the plane came to a stop after crashing. She works for the Chief of Naval Operations, and she feels that they all survived because they were in one of the newly remodeled offices with reinforced walls and windows. Although it’s been almost a year since the Sept. 11 disaster, Zielinski remembers everything in great detail.

“I was in a meeting, so I wasn’t even aware of what was going on. One of the captains in our office was looking at the TV and said, ‘Margaret, would you look at this?’ and with that, there was a crash.” Somebody yelled, “Hit the deck!” Zielinski said that a lot of people did just that, but she ran and got her purse.

“The smoke was there instantaneously. The power went off, and it got very smoky,” she said. Then somebody said, “Let’s go!” They tried to get out the front door, but then there was a second explosion and the ceiling collapsed.

“The smoke was getting thicker,” said Zielinski, as members of her office staff starting going down the stairs. “In retrospect, I realized that the flames were right behind us.

I worked in 2B-719, maybe it was 729. Maybe it was 2A.

I wasn't there when it happened but our executive assistant, Lisa Young, was killed.

Thanks for the information, Fred.

My condolences.

Is there anyway to find out where Lisa was when she was killed?

That same morning, 20-year- old Seaman Sarah Cole, daughter of Roy Cole, a PC support/help desk technician in Hospital Information Systems, was at her desk in the “B” ring of the Pentagon, working naval intelli- gence. After hearing that two air- liners crashed into the World Trade Center, she knew her superiors would want more information, so she began downloading photos from the Internet. That decision likely saved her life. Seaman Cole stepped away from her desk to show the photos to a co-worker. Within moments, an airliner hit the Pentagon as well. Items in her office fell to the floor, the ceiling collapsed, and a hole was blown through a nearby wall, allowing her and a co-worker to flee into the Pentagon’s courtyard. Through the black smoke, they yelled to others to follow the sound of their voices to safety. Here on the KU Med campus, Roy Cole was repairing a comput- er when he heard about the Pentagon tragedy. Immediately, he tried to call his daughter’s cell phone. “Her cell phone was in her purse, and her purse was a casualty of the incident,” stated Cole. His worst fears vanished when he talked with his daughter by mid-afternoon.
