Ron Paul hits a home run after being interviewed by a very hot anchor shortly after winning the Iowa debate.

FOX News shows an amazing clip of Ron Paul at the Iowa debate on Aug 5.
Then, Julie Banderas interviews Ron Paul in what may be one of the most
civilized and fair interviews Ron Paul has had, yet.

I really hope enough people wake up and understand that his goal is to stay true to the constitution, the piece of paper that made America such a great nation.

WOW! very good interview FOX!! Could this be a change for the better on your network? I sure hope so, would be nice to have people on America’s team working for FOX!!

The reason he answers them so nicely is because he truely believes what he’s saying. We have a long road till Nov. 2008. I can guarantee that if this momentum picks up, it’s enough time for the “internet sensation” Of Ron paul to go mainstream into the homes of America, eventually big media will have no choice but to give as much attention to paul as they do to Clinton, Obama and Giuliani. I think America has a good chance of having a real president come 2008.

Wow! I agree with everything: Ron Paul talks sense, it’s a great interview, and the anchor is hot. He is as close to having a third party, a refreshing change. I hope he gets enough small contributions from a large base so that he won’t be beholden to the same old same old.

Very impressed with this guy. Im not big on politics but Ive been worried where our country is heading lately, and this guy really seems to know what we need and how to get us back on the right track. Ill definitly be voting for this guy.

im starting to like this guy more and more, he answers questions direct and doesnt really lose or confuse you with what hes saying. you can also tell he does this for people like me who do not follow politics as much as some others, and do not want to decipher an answer to a simple question.

i loved the point he made along the lines of ‘the same people who say it will be a disaster to leave, aree the same people who said it wont be a disaster to go in’. i think its safe to say he will have my vote.

Ron’s right about declaring war. That power is reserved to the congress, and sending American troops into harm’s way without a declared war is a dereliction of duty by the congress.

Heading lately???

Therein lies the American problem. Where have these people been for the last 50 years.

I never paid any attention to election news or DC politics
until clinton had sex with Monica
I tuned in to hear all about the sex
everyone did, but they tuned out when the news about the sex finally ended
but I got caught up in following news and politics very intimately
and have been intrigued fascinated committed ever since

I went from curious to hear about the sex
to 100 per cent committed to saving our Constitution

so I won't criticize anyone for tuning in late
I am just glad they tuned in
now is the time to save our country
and I pray most tune in now

Love, Palo

Amen to that.

Perhaps you noted Paul in this clip, he says, "this war was a long time in planning"..The interviewer was not really interested in what he had to say.

Just perhaps Paul had reference to invading Iraq being formulated in someones minds long before this president arrived.

Exactly...this woman, cute as she might be; is STILL a tool of the globalist cabal...notice how she tried to tie Dr. Paul to the "Alex Jones crowd" right out of the box. This is the ONLY way they can attack him...fortunately; Congressman Paul gave a very credible response. FOX is NOT our friend...maybe we should ask Rupert how the weather is in Beijing today..?

Ron Paul did that all by himself by appearing on Jones' show numerous times.

Doesn't Alex Jones have a larger audience than Rush Limbaugh, Sean Hannity, and several other "pundits"? I do know that his website gets more hits than Limbaugh's or Hannity's. Thus, I don't blame Ron Paul for appearing on the Alex Jones show because he was reaching a large audience.

The point is, by appearing numerous times on Jones' show, Paul set himself up for the question of being "linked" to the kook.

Paul has been on MSM, does that link him to MSM? ABC, Fox, and late night comedy too, the Daily Show with Jon Stewart. Oh my, is Paul just a comedian then?

Ron Paul has a strong draw on the internet, his poll #s are very decent, his campaign funds are good (and he's truly fiscally conservative so that $$ will go a long way).

I see no reason for talk of defeat, just the opposite. All though it may suit your agenda very well. BTW, how would you describe your agenda?

Good points, robin. And Ron Paul clarified that issue himself on air - he told the interviewer that alternative news sources gave him a break by offering him face time/air time. Up until recently mainstream news sources like Fox News were pointedly ignoring Dr. Paul - so Dr. Paul had to take advantage of whatever opportunity presented itself to him to get his message to the general public be it Alex Jones or Jon Stewart or Bill Mahrer. I admire Dr. Paul for his honesty and for his resourcefulness, quite frankly.

I think Dr. Paul reached many many college aged 20's and early 30's voters by being given face time by Jon Stewart, Colbert, and Mahrer. If there's a ground swell of college aged Elect Ron Paul and End the Iraq War activism across campuses, the R and D political operatives/minions will be sweating big time. Folks like Mr. Clean no doubt are somewhat nervous about that audience because in the past they could count on those folks not voting. Dr. Paul has generated interest in the very public that could turn the hitherto predictable 2008 Presidential election on its head.

P.S. And just because Dr. Paul agreed to appear and be interviewed on Fox News, it does not mean he's a neocon, yes?

Why would I get nervous.

I have no stake in the Iraq fiasco. I have reach a state of blissful apathy regarding Iraq.

I hope you are not being paid for your paltry efforts. You are not half as intelligent as the other disinformationalists who have popped up on 4um previously.
