It goes like this:

Someone does a study that concludes that every outsourced IT worker saves the company $40,000.

The corporate office decrees that at least 50% of all headcounts are to be eventually 'offshored' to low-cost countries (read India). They also demand that $4 million is to be saved right away.

100 US workers are promptly fired and 100 offshored Indians are expected to replace them. Given that the Indians can't do sh_t from Bangalore, work is made for them. For those unfamiliar with how offshored headcounts work, it's like this: they won't do a thing unless it's on a 'script' and they won't deviate one iota from that script. Given this, they are asked to do stuff that computers could easily be scripted to do, but now we got humans doing them - like 'manually' notify the US employees when the computers issue some alerts. It's very much the same model for using the 'migrants' on the farm - have cheap humans do work that machines would normally do. Then, the remaining US employees fix the problems.

It's a huge success. The US employees stretch themselves to cover the work their 100 fired coworkers were doing. Of course, something's got to give. They spend less time developing and deploying automated solutions but that's okay because we got the cheap Indians now.

The corporate office is ecstatic - $4 million is saved. Now, the corporate office has another brilliant idea: why not save $8 million. It's easy as pie: hire 100 more Indians.

I once spoke to a banker about starting a statue making company. I would be sculpting the original products, and the studio would make molds, cast pieces, assemble, paint, package, and of course ship to a vendor, and or retailers.

I had a business plan, contacts made, licensing all the works, and the banker told me what I should do, is outsource to a Chinese company to do all the work, rather than pay Americans to do the job here in the States.

HOW IN THE FUCK IS AN AMERICAN SUPPOSED TO GET A JOB, WHEN BANKERS ARE TELLING BUSINESS OWNERS TO OFFSHORE?

I can tell you folks definitively, if I ever were to win the lottery, the first thing the bankers and lawyers would want me to do, is dump my money in an American Bank. FUCK THAT.

If I were ever financially independent, I would open a factory here in the states that produced a product that this country needs, and I'd do it in a way that would pay people what they're worth, a living wage. I would never hire an illegal alien, and wouldn't care if they tried to sue me.

It's time for this country's financial institutions to see the writing on the wall. People won't be able to pay their fucking bills if they can't find the jobs that pay enough, and that means Banks won't have any money to lend, or sell to people who need it.

The banks of this country need to understand that without American Ingenuity, and our ability create wealth, they are FUCKED.

Dying for old bastards, and their old money, isn't my idea of freedom.

Financially, no they are not. They're doing just fine making all kinds of loans to illegals, and shipping 20 - 30 Billion USD's back to Mexico each year.

They're doing swell.

What you should try and find is a small local bank, S&L, or other local lender who thinks as you do.

Mega-banks for the start-up guys are a no-go from the get-go.

Look at all the high-tech guys - they had to borrow from family, friends, or credit cards.

Before I could really get rolling with one of my rants, he concluded the meeting.

Apparently, he had to loan some illegals money for a restaurant.
