In the last stanza, she replies to the narrator's inquiry, "Brennen zol Columbus' medina!" =Columbus' land [i.e., America] should burn [i.e., go to hell]! (I've also heard a version where her reply is "A kholileh af Columbus' medina!" = A curse upon America!)
