There is the problem. Bad jury. This not sexual harassment. Obnoxious? Yes? Ooo the prisoners didn't act like gentlemen and it was the administrators fault. So they follow one bad judgment with another bad policy. Wearing pink is not going to protect the women it is going to foster resentment and therefore more danger.
Then bitch about the ungentlemen like behavior of the prisoners.

That would indicate more than one poor choice in their life. Is it like my cop-friend says that many cops, were they not cops, would be the criminals? Could the guards and the guarded swap places and no one would notice?

Perhaps but they should not blame the administrators for the "sexual harassment". Now if the administrators were asking for sexual favors in order to keep, or advance in their job, that would constitute sexual harassment. If these women do not want to see men behaving badly they should find another job. If this is the only job they can find then they should understand the drawbacks of having such a job.

This what we get in the current article. I don't consider this sexual harassment. The reason for making the prisoners wear pink was to stop this kind of behavior. I don't think it will work. It will only build more resentment against the women and make matters worse. That would be my guess anyway. It also said the prisoners were put in a area where women were not present. I would think that would be more effective. Course some woman would then sue on the grounds of descimination based on gender.

A jury held the agency liable for harassment because administrators failed to prevent inmates from exposing themselves and from making "sexually demeaning" comments to women, according to the court filing.

I dunno enough about the particular facts. But to complain that criminals act in deviant or ungentlemanly ways? What do you expect?
