Never heard of this group.. what year is this from?

Siouxsie and the Banshees date from the late '70's, British, and kind of the proto-"Goth" group. "Hong Kong Garden" is from ca. 1978. "Peek-A-Boo" is from 1988 and was in the US Top 100 that year.
