I was watching the latest version of TERRORSTORM today; this Shayler character has quite a bit of time being interviewed in the film. Then I came across this. Unbelievable.

Considering the monstrous changes in our world, Shayler's past MI-5 career and exposure to the evil forces within the intel paradigm, it's not to hard to accept that he might have a monumental shift of his own character. When materialism fails to satisfy ones inner-self, spirituality becomes a superior focus.
I think it odd that he was interviewed at all regarding his new messianic assertions.
