Little Girl was one of the first songs I learned on guitar. I started playing in late 1964, and here I am playing every day 43 years later.

I like the way he modulates the "A" chord. You had to know how to do this in order to play "Hey Joe" and "Feel A Whole Lot Better When You're Gone" properly.

I always liked this song for some reason. I tried to play it with some guys back in 1968 and they said it sounded too old fashioned. Wouldn't let me do it.

I'm sure you remember that a variation of that little "A" thingy was also used in the song NEEDLES & PINS by The Searchers, a tune written by Sonny Bono, of all peeps.
