What I have never understood was why they didn't use the command center in building 7 on 9/11. 7 wasn't damaged in the initial attacks. It should have been usable. No one knew the towers would collapse and damage building 7... or did they?

That's why I think planning for this 9/11 "terror attack" went all the way back to when Rudy leased the upper floors of WTC 7 from Silverstein in 1997 for his "command center," at least. That's about the time the neo-cons and PNAC started plugging US "national greatness," i.e., neo-imperialism, as well.
