As much as I enjoy the crowd on 4um LP was getting and hitting a much larger audience.
It had lost it's world wide reach by over 55% in the last 3 months.
Possibly - but the problem with Alexa Ratings and Libertarian leaning Posters is that the Libertarian/Paleocon crowd will not use the Alexa Toolbar. So when dealing with those who wish to lessen how much their activities are tracked do not show up in the rankings.

So, whether it comes back up or not, I suspect very strongly that it WAS intentionally taken down to shut off or slow down the viral spread of information inimical to the official lies.
Thanks for sharing your ideas, they seem very plausible.

I can vouch for that. She got rid of me and FormerLurker while keeping byteshredder. Not smart in my book. But hey not everyone likes me, I can't speak for FL. LOL.

Call me slow today. I thought you were saying that I issued an order of some sort. As much as I despise Goldi and her arrogant hypocricy, I wouldn't order the site down even if I could. It served the purpose of shedding light on the dark twisted minds that are behind the current insanity calling itself government.

I think the site is probably down because Goldi is sick of running it. She managed to recruit all of the idiot tools who share her political philosophy, only to find that they are a bunch of idiot tools. So she probably just packed up her shit and went job hunting.
That could be true as well. I'd think she'd put up a statement on the status site though and give a closing of some sort. But with her lack of honesty and lack of respect for those that gave their time to her forum, anything is possible I suppose.

I would bet Byteshredder and moldyoldie were a hit team from someplace like the old Clowne Posse, there specifically to wreak havoc and bring the site down.

I don't think so. They were both Freepers.

I think she is having some serious psychological issues. She quickly banned old time members for minor infractions, while allowing newbies to run the forum and hurl the worst possible insults and vile comments imaginable against established posters.

You said yourself that you posted both on CP and FR, right? They could have done the same. Even if not, they were certainly hell bent on attacking those posters that were speaking up the loudest against the insane direction the neocons were taking us.
Byteshredder would attack a poster, then moldyoldie would come along and cry that people were being mean to Byteshredder and attacking him, where it was the 180 opposite, as he was the attacker, and the one with nothing to say minus his trademark doctored images he would spam LP with each time he posted there.

Buck was put on a two week time out for making up crazy stories and blaming me for being the perp and also some nasty comments. I saved the thread before she deleted his comments. He really went overboard.

Yes you are correct. I don't think they were Posse types though. More like Howlin et al. Byteshredder used to be friends with Seadog, they have similar politcal beliefs. Seadog split with him to a certain extent because of Byte's behavior towards me.
Along with moldie there were a couple of others that would join the team. Moldie hated me because of my open sexuality.

Yes he could be quite obnoxious when he got on a tear. I still liked him though. From what he told me it was not a two week time out but an outright ban.
