Maybe Goldi made good on her threat to shut everything down. From what I could see, it has come to the point where every thread is about Ron Paul and his supporters being kooks, anti-American, traitors, etc. If you read through the posts on the threads, they boil down to name calling between the pro and anti- Ron Paul folk.

The anti-Paul people were really working overtime trying to denounce Paul and his candidacy. For people that continuously declared that Paul was a nobody candidate for fringe lunatics, they spent an abnormal amount of time posting anti-Paul articles. It was quite apparent to anyone reading LP that the very existence of Ron Paul in the world is a threat to them and their slavish devotion to big government and the two-party fraud. Yukon, Domer, packratxxxx, Daconia55, boilerplate, calcon, and others are really worried.

I recall that Goldi also made reference to receiving a warning from the site host, that they were being watched, and that further transgression of the host terms of service could result in the host shutting down the site.

A few days or a week ago on some thread I saw on LP. My recollection is that she also went on to threaten to pull the plug herself if the problems continued. I believe the discussion was about the banning of one or several LP posters.

I read the statements by Goldi you refer to, and I got it from a link here.

basically Goldi said she was in a job-search. Her previous employer eliminated her section she worked in. she said she really had to work now because she was looking for a job. and she didn't have time to properly monitor the site as she once did when she had a job. and said that if monitoring it was too much work she might shut it down.

Ain't that the truth. I have no problem with opposing views but people like Yukon, Daconia55, boilerplate, calcon, and others do not debate, they personally attack those who have different views from them. Every post they make is an ad hominem attack. Since they are pro-war though, Goldi lets them get away with it ad nauseum.
