Bill Maher takes a jab at the 9/11 Truth movement in a recent "New Rules" segment.

"Crazy people who still think the government brought down the Twin Towers in a controlled explosion have to stop pretending that I'm the one who's being naive," says Maher.

How big a lunatic do you have to be to watch two giant airliners packed with jet fuel slam into buildings on live TV, igniting a massive inferno that burned for two hours, and then think 'Well, if you believe that was the cause...'

Stop asking me to raise this ridiculous topic on the show and start asking your doctor if Paxil is right for you."

I have disliked this guy for awhile now. I saw through his phoney shill facade years ago. The only thing that really bugs me is that nobody had the courage to boo him. Granted the laughs and claps were less than other punchlines but we need the courage to boo. WE NEED THE COURAGE TO STAND UP AND RIGHT THIS WRONG AND DAMN THE CONSAQUENCES! UP YOURS BILL MAHER!! You know as I watched this.. I wonder.. if you notice how Maher explained 9/11 what happened how the planes hit and a short few hours later the buildings fell.. he sure didnt make a strong case now did he? Purposefully?

It was 56 minutes for WTC2 and 102 minutes for WTC1, not a "couple of hours," but hey, his material obviously needed a little punch.
